A Study On Countermeasures To Improve The Supervisory Capabilities Of The M City Supervisory Committe

With the continuous deepening of the reform of the national supervision system,under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,and under the explicit authorization of the Constitution,the supervisory committees at all levels in China have assumed more and more important and comprehensive responsibilities for the supervision of administrative acts against various acts of administrative corruption and administrative negligence.The new mission of the new era highlights the importance of supervisory ability in the efficient performance of supervisory responsibilities by supervisory departments.Without the necessary ability,the supervision department cannot make timely and effective analysis and judgment on the constantly changing new situation and emerging new problems,and cannot provide reliable guarantee for the performance of duties.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to systematically analyze and improve the supervision ability of the supervision department.This paper takes the supervision ability of M Municipal Supervision Committee as the research object.On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the supervision ability of the supervision committee,it comprehensively uses the methods of literature analysis,investigation and research,summarizes the main achievements of M Municipal Supervision Committee in the construction of supervision ability in recent years,and analyzes the problems of insufficient capacity exposed in the process of performing its functions and the causes of these problems,and propose targeted measures to strengthen organizational culture construction,improving overall business quality,integrating various supervision forces,and strengthening the construction and application of information supervision platform.
