Design And Implementation Of OA System Based On Android Education Bureau

OA(office automation),which is office automation system,is the use of computer technology combined with the traditional office of a new type of office,that it is characterized by digital,information technology.In recent years,the development of wireless communication technology and the popularization of smart phones,OA systems are gradually moving to the development of various commercial,office applications are active in the mobile application market.The development of mobile OA system allowing users to get rid of the shackles of time and space on the office,favored by many agencies managers.Android is Google’s operating system platform.Its superior development and compatibility,making the Android platform applications become a hot area of the computer.In this context,this article designed a mobile based on Android OA system.Based on the existing OA system of Lin’An Bureau of Education,this study,based on a thorough understanding of the needs of office workers and office habits,combined with the software engineering ideas,put forward the system requirements and system design of the system.According to the characteristics of office software,after understanding the business characteristics and office staff’s office processes,using JSON,a lightweight data exchange format in the Android application and server-side data exchange and transmission technology,as the data transmission format,using the modeling tools on the OA system Analyze and model.After expatiating the system requirements,this paper put forward the design scheme of system framework and technical framework of OA system,and used IDE tools to develop each function module of the system.In order to achieve good scalability of the system,the system opens an interface in the original OA system and adopts a modular design to facilitate subsequent development and maintenance of the system.After testing,the system of the modules are operating normally,the system basically achieved the relevant functions of the original OA system,and the interface is simple,beautiful,greatly facilitate the daily office staff.
