With the deepening improvement of reform and opening up,China’s national economy has maintained steady development in a long period of time.With the increasing awareness of national education and the continuous increase of education investment,the education and training industry has enjoyed a fast development as well,and the competition among education and training institutions has become increasingly fierce.As a knowledge-based enterprise,teachers,as a human resource,have become the most critical and dynamic competitive capital of all training institutions,and their role in the industry competition is increasingly prominent.How to better attract,select,cultivate,retain and motivate talents has become the key to the survival and development of education and training institutions.As an important part of human resource management system,compensation management is the most concerned content of enterprise senior managers and all employees.It concerns the validity of enterprise human resource management and has an impact on the overall performance of the enterprise.Flexible and effective salary system plays an important role in motivating employees and maintaining their stability.FL Education and Training Institution is one of the leading large-scale education and training institutions in China.Its branch in F city is one of the most well-known education and training institutions in the city.In this paper,the writer takes FL training institutions as the research object and focus on the analysis of the optimization of the salary system in FL training institutions.Through interviews and surveys,the writer of this paper investigates and analyzes the status of the salary system of FL training institutions,and finds out the existing problems in the salary system of FL training institutions.The causes of these problems can be summarized as the following aspects:managers lack of advanced human resource management theories and modern compensation management concepts,managers also lack of rich management experience,managers lack of internal communication,managers ignore the multi-level demands from employees,managers fail to provide enough benefits,supporting facilities are not perfect as well and the outbreak of the corona virus effects the institution’s running.In view of the above problems and combined with the actual needs of employees,this paper proposes to optimize the salary system by adjusting the salary structure,improving the performance appraisal standards,enriching the forms of benefits and so on,so as to improve the incentive effect of salary on employees.For FL training institution,it will take a long period of experimentation and exploration to achieve a breakthrough in compensation management.The study of the compensation management system in this paper lays a foundation for the optimization of the compensation system.The author combines the theories learned in class with his own work practice,guides the practice with theory,and optimizes the compensation management system.The paper has certain practical value both in theory and in practice.
