Research On The Apparatus Of Throw And Catch Movements In Individual Exercises Of Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a kind of sport which is dominated by skills to show the difficult and beautiful events,including two technical systems of body and apparatus.The use of apparatus is a significant feature of Rhythmic Gymnastics and one of the key points of project development.In February 2018,the International Gymnastics Federation revised the full score of difficulty value in the Code of Points from 10 to no upper limit.The difficulty score of apparatus has become an important factor affecting the performance,and has also become the focus of coaches and athletes.In Rhythmic Gymnastics,the throw and catch movements of apparatus belongs to the common technology of five apparatus.The instrument technology is divided into basic technology group and other technology groups.Throw and catch is the movements of other technology groups,which occupies a crucial position in the instrument movement.In Rhythmic Gymnastics individual project complete set movements,the high standard,the high quality completes the apparatus throw and catch movements to become the key factor which obtains the competition victory.Based on the Rhythmic Gymnastics Code of Points,this study takes the complete sets of movements of the top eight individual all-around athletes in the 2019 world Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships and the national Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships as the analysis objects.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,video analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper compares the number,value,type,time,space,music and other aspects of throw and catch movements of domestic and foreign elite athletes in a complete set of equipment,so as to provide a certain reference for the improvement of throw and catch movements and the overall level of individual Rhythmic Gymnastics in China.The results show that:1.The reform of 1976-2017 Rhythmic Gymnastics Code of Points reflects the important position of apparatus technology.The classification,value and evaluation of throw and catch movements of apparatus are developing towards standardization,accuracy and standardization.2.Compared with foreign athletes,the total number of throwing and receiving complete sets of instruments in our country is lower,and the biggest difference in the number of ball exercises is 46,with the average difference of 5.8,followed by ribbon exercises,with the difference of 23,with the average difference of 2.9,and the number of hoop exercises and clubs exercises is relatively close.3.The score of difficulty formed by the combination of throw and catch movements of four sets of apparatus in China is lower than that of foreign athletes;There was a difference of 0.6 points between the average value of throw and catch movements;The average difference between the two groups was 0.8.The scores of all kinds of difficulty combined with throw and catch movements in the whole set are lower than those of foreign athletes in China.4.There is no significant difference in the number of times of using the scoring standard of each type of throw and catch in the complete set of domestic and foreign athletes,while the types of scoring standard used by foreign athletes are higher than those of domestic athletes;combined with the dynamic movement of rotation,the number of scoring standard used by Chinese and foreign athletes is 40 and 106 respectively,and the scoring standard used by Chinese athletes is higher than that of domestic athletes The selection of the species in the field is relatively conservative and lack of diversity.5.In the complete set of domestic and foreign athletes,the most frequently used horizontal space of all kinds of throw and catch movements is No.5 and No.8 area;the most number of horizontal space is two areas,and the most frequently used super high space in vertical space.There is obvious regularity in the position of throwing and receiving movements of foreign athletes in the whole set,but the regularity of time of domestic athletes is not obvious.6 Domestic and foreign athletes have a high coincidence rate with music stress when throw or catch equipment,while small throw is combined with a variety of music rhythm changes according to the change of throw height,direction,speed and type.7.The technical errors or failures of all kinds of throw and catch in the complete set of Chinese athletes are higher than those of foreign athletes,which leads to the decline of the quality of the complete set of movements and the low score of the complete set of movements,thus affecting the difficulty score and the final score of the complete set.8.The combination of personalized,high score,(reasonable and ingenious connection)throw and catch movements with various types of difficulty has become the main development trend of individual throw and catch movements in Rhythmic Gymnastics.
