Effect Of Neuro Tracer Multi-Tasking Training On Soccer Performance And Multi-Target Tracking Ability Under Fatigue State

Objective:Soccer players need to track the position of opponents,teammates and the ball in the field all the time in the match.Meanwhile,they need to make corresponding judgments,decisions and actions on the tracking targets according to different situations.This puts forward higher requirements to athletes’ physical,skills and perceptual decision-making ability.Based on coordination and Neuro Tracer multitasking training,this paper explores the influence of coordination and multi-object tracking training on the physical ability,skills and the speed and accuracy of Multiple object tracking of young soccer players,in order to provide theoretical basis and training reference for the enrichment of training forms and improvement of performance of young soccer players.Methods:18 11-12 year old soccer players were randomly selected from the youth training echelon of a soccer club in South Korea,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=9)and the control group(n=9).Due to irreversible factors,2 players in the control group dropped out of the experiment.The experimental group received bidirectional intervention of coordination training and Neuro Tracer multitasking training,while the control group only received the same coordination training intervention as the experimental group.The subjects were given the training intervention five times a week for eight weeks.Before and after the intervention,5 physical indicators of the subjects were tested:vertical jump performance,10-meter sprint,30-meter sprint,agility and balance,and 5 soccer technical indicators:short pass,long pass,20-meter fast dribbling,obstacle dribbling and shooting.The Neuro Tracker multitask trainer was used to measure multi-target tracking ability at stable heart rate and fatigue.Paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test were used to process the data,and P<0.05 indicated significant difference.Results:Results:After 8 weeks of training intervention,the results of vertical jump,10m and 30m sprint in the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved compared with the previous test,and the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).The agility and balance ability of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant change before and after the control group(P>0.05).Soccer technology:the scores of short pass,long pass,20m fast dribbling and dribbling around obstacles and shooting in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the pre-test and the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference before and after intervention in the control group.Multi-target tracking:The speed level of multi-target tracking was increased in the fatigue state,but the accuracy of multi-target was decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the pretest and control group,the speed of multi-objective task in the experimental group was significantly increased in the stable state(P<0.05).The accuracy of multi-objective task in the experimental group was improved compared with that in the pre-test,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the control group,the speed of completion of the multi-object tracking task increased slightly,while the accuracy of completion of the multi-object tracking task decreased.After 8 weeks of training intervention,the speed of the experimental group to complete the multi-objective task under fatigue state was significantly increased compared with the pretest and the control group(P<0.05).The accuracy of multi-objective task in the experimental group was not significantly improved compared with the pre-test.After 8 weeks of coordination training,the speed of multi-target tracking task in the control group was slightly increased under fatigue state,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1)Coordinated training combined with multi-target tracking can effectively improve the special physical fitness and skills of young soccer players.2)Teenage soccer players’ multi-target tracking speed is increased,but the accuracy is decreased when they are tired.3)Coordinated and combined with the Neuro Tracker multi-task training can effectively improve the speed of multi-target tracking in the stable state and the speed and accuracy of target tracking in the fatigue state of teenage soccer players.
