Objectives:In this study,the energy consumption measured by the gas metabolism analyzer was used as the calibration standard,and the energy consumption and related indexes of the college students’ treadmill running apple and polar sports smart bracelet were tested simultaneously during resting,running and during the recovery period after exercise,and the two sports smart hands were analyzed.The ring measures the accuracy of energy consumption in running sports and analyzes related reasons.Method:Eleven ordinary male college students from Beijing Sport University were selected as the research objects.The exercise mode is treadmill exercise,and the speeds are set to 6.4,8.0,9.6 and 11.2 km/h,and each speed lasts for 6 minutes.The portable gas metabolism meter is used to collect energy consumption and heart rate in the quiet state,treadmill running and recovery period,and calculate the running distance based on the treadmill speed and duration.Apple sports smart bracelet,through the Bluetooth connection,synchronize data to the Apple mobile phone,in the"health" software supporting the Apple mobile phone,check and record the energy consumption,exercise distance and heart rate of the bracelet in different periods according to the time recorded by the recorder.And other data.Polar sports smart bracelet,first connect via Bluetooth,synchronize data to the mobile phone software"POLOR FLOW 4.10.2" and then log in to the account on the Polar official website,check and record the bracelet in different periods according to the time recorded by the recorder Data such as energy consumption,exercise distance and heart rate.The energy consumption data measured by the gas metabolism meter and the two sports smart bracelets are analyzed by paired T test,intra-group correlation coefficient and Bland-Altman scatter diagram;the actual heart rate and distance are compared with the heart rate and distance measured by the two sports smart bracelets Use paired T test and intra-group correlation coefficient analysis;the energy consumption measured by the two sports smart bracelets are respectively correlated with the measured exercise distance and heart rate.Results:(1)When measuring energy consumption during quiet state,during treadmill running and during the recovery period after exercise,the Apple bracelet tested the energy consumption at four speeds in treadmill running at 6.4,8.0,9.6 and 11.2km/h(49.5±12.4,71.0±8.6,76.5±88.7,82.3±9.7 kcal)are all significantly higher than the energy consumption tested by the gas metabolizer(35.1±4.2,47.8±9.0,57.6±8.3,66.7±9.3 kcal)(P<0.01);The energy consumption of the Polar bracelet during the recovery period(8.0±0.6,22.1±7.8,34.8±12.5 kcal)in the quiet state,8.0 and 9.6km/h exercise is extremely significantly lower than the energy consumption measured by the gas metabolism analyzer(9.6±1.6,29.0±8.7,42.8±12.0 kcal)(P<0.01),the energy consumption during the recovery period(13.0±3.2 kcal)after the speed of 6.4km/h was significantly lower than the energy consumption tested by the gas metabolism analyzer(18.2±4.5 kcal),(P<0.05).The energy consumption measured by the Apple bracelet at 9.6 km/h and 11.2km/h is significantly correlated with the energy consumption measured by the gas metabolizer(P<0.05),and the Cronbach coefficients are 0.17 and 0.30,respectively,in the quiet state and 6.4 The energy consumption measured during the recovery period of 8.0,9.6,11.2km/h and the energy consumption measured by the gas metabolizer reached a significant intra-group correlation(P<0.05),and the Cronbach coefficients were 0.16,0.57,0.85,0.84,0.74;The energy consumption measured by the Polar bracelet during the recovery period of 8.0,9.6,11.2km/h and the energy consumption value measured by the gas metabolizer reached a significant intra-group correlation(P<0.05),and the Cronbach coefficients were 0.64,0.70,and 0.67,respectively;(2)When measuring the heart rate,the heart rate(146.8±8.7)of the Apple bracelet at 11.2km/h is significantly higher than the heart rate measured by the gas metabolism analyzer system(142.1±7.6)(P<0.05);Apple bracelet 6.4 The heart rate(73.5±9.5,77.6±9.8,81.7±10.2)in the recovery period after speeds of 8.0,9.6km/h was significantly lower than that of the gas metabolism analyzer system(79.5±13.5,80.0±10.7,85.3±11.4)<0.05);The heart rate(78.6±9.5,82.4±10.5)of the Polar bracelet during the recovery period after 8.0 and 9.6km/h speeds is significantly lower than the heart rate measured by the gas metabolism analyzer system(80.0±10.7,85.3±11.4)(P<0.05).The heart rate measured by the Apple bracelet in the recovery period of 6.4,9.6km/h and 8.0,9.6,11.2km/h in the quiet state and treadmill running is in good agreement with the heart rate measured by the gas metabolism meter.The recovery periods of 11.2km/h and 6.4km/h in running are generally consistent;Polar bracelets are measured by the recovery periods of 9.6km/h and 8.0,9.6,11.2km/h in a quiet state and treadmill running.The heart rate is in good agreement with the heart rate measured by the gas metabolism meter,and the 8.0 km/h and 11.2km/h reach general consistency in the treadmill running.When measuring the distance,the measuring distance of the Apple bracelet at speeds of 8.0 and 9.6km/h(984.5±107.6,1073.6±107.6 meters)is extremely significantly higher than the actual distance of the treadmill(800.0±0.0,960.0±0.0)(P<0.01),there is no significant difference from the actual distance at 6.4km/h and 11.2km/h;the distance of the Polar bracelet at 8.0km/h(896.4±83.0 meters)is extremely significantly higher than the distance of the treadmill(800.0±0.0m)(P≤0.01),there is no significant difference between polar and actual distance at 6.4,9.6 and 11.2km/h.(3)There is a high correlation between the energy consumption measured by the two wristbands and the heart rate or distance measured respectively,except that the energy consumption measured by the Apple bracelet at a speed of 6.4km/h in treadmill running and the distance are highly correlated(r=0.94);There is a moderate correlation between the energy consumption measured by Polar bracelet at a speed of 6.4km/h in treadmill running and distance(r=0.79)and heart rate(r=0.6).Conclusions:(1)Apple bracelet is effective in measuring energy consumption during the recovery period.It overestimates(24%~53%)energy consumption in measuring quiet state and treadmill running,and the effectiveness is poor;Polar bracelet It is underestimated(-25%~-10%)energy consumption when measuring energy consumption in quiet state,treadmill running and recovery period,and the effectiveness is poor.(2)The two bracelets are effective in measuring resting heart rate and exercise center rate.When measuring the distance of movement,the two bracelets are more effective in measuring lower and higher speed treadmills(3).At low speeds,energy consumption is greatly affected by heart rate and distance,while energy consumption at other speeds is not significantly affected by heart rate and distance.
