Research On The Characteristics Of The Whole Set Actions In The Collective Events Of The Age Group 1 Of Aerobics Gymnastics

China’s Aerobic gymnastics program has developed rapidly in recent years,and has made countless praiseworthy achievements in the world competition.Age group one of young athletes is a powerful reserve force for the development of aerobics events.According to the rules of aerobics scoring,12-14 years old is the smallest Age group one in regular international competitions.Therefore,the selection and training of Age group one athletes is particularly important.This age stage is not only in the transition period of athletes’ professional development,but also in the special period of growth and development.In this period,the development speed of athletes’physical function and sports quality is not balanced,and the competitive ability of athletes of different genders is quite different.Therefore,the selection of technical movements and the arrangement of complete sets of movements in this age stage need to be carried out scientifically and reasonably.In this paper,we use literature review method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,video analysis method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the final set of two world championships Age group one,mixed double,three and five.The characteristics of the age stage and the factors affecting the arrangement are summarized.A total of 48 sets of competition videos were analyzed,and 10 high-level coaches in China were given questionnaires and collected data.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Special requirement of Age group one in cycle rules is closely related to the growth and development characteristics of athletes during this period.This period belongs to the golden period of sensitive and coordinated quality development,the growth of muscle strength and explosive force is slow,and the development of flexible quality is generally completed.In this Age group one,female athletes are obviously more than male athletes,and the gender difference and development degree of athletes will affect the complete set arrangement,so the Age group one pays more attention to the artistic embodiment of the arrangement.2.Age group one of selected complete sets of music presents the characteristics of fast music rate,strong sense of rhythm,basically between 5-7 segments.The utilization rate of fairy tale style in theme style is obviously higher than that in other styles,and the use of music is basically consistent with the psychological development characteristics of athletes of this Age group one.3.Age group one of exercises show the characteristics of high intensity and high complexity.>3x8 exercises appear in the first 1/3 and the middle 1/3 of the complete set in a higher proportion,the complexity of the operation of the rotation class and one beat of the two types of actions more,there are a few levels of performance of the exercise.4.Age group one difficulty action C group difficulty use frequency is the highest,the highest score difficulty generally appears in the A、C group,the connection difficulty basically appears in the C A or the C C form.High score,high intensity difficulty is generally arranged in the first 1/3 position of the complete set.5.The content arrangement of the complete set of subjects,in order to enhance the artistry,the transition connection presents the characteristics of high complexity and strong innovation.Lift action use frequency is high,mainly in the form of thematic posture display.The use of skill movements is gradually common,with dynamic coordination as the main action,performance coordination as a supplement.The variety of 6.plane formation mainly depends on the number of project participants,showing the characteristics of five people gt;three people mixed with two.On the basis of single space transformation,there are many B-A-B、B-C-B two forms in the two space conversion,and the complex space conversion is mainly in the form of B-C-A-B and B-C-B-C-A.
