Research On The Arrangement Characteristics Of The Combination Of Body Difficulty And Equipment Technology In Individual Rhythmic Gymnastics Events In China

Rhythmic gymnastics events are divided into individual and collective.The level of individual event technology can reflect a country's comprehensive competitive strength.The main force of rhythmic gymnastics individual project score is body difficulty,but only when the body difficulty effectively combined with equipment technology to make it recognized,can higher difficulty score be obtained.At this stage,the type of selection and compilation of the combination of body difficulty and equipment technology of individual rhythmic gymnastics in China is "double deficiency",and the score of selection and compilation is "equal deficiency",low completion quality,which hinders the improvement of the competition result of individual rhythmic gymnastics athletes in China.Therefore,adopted the methods of Literature review,video observation and logical analysis and other research methods,Following the development trend of scoring rule for international rhythmic gymnastics from 2017 to 2020,this paper makes comprehensive analysis on the number,types and scores of the combination for the body difficulty and apparatus technique,which are from 32 sets of movements with four apparatus by the top 8 elite athletes in individual all-around items in 2019 national rhythmic gymnastics individual championship.Drawing the experience of the world's powerful rhythmic gymnastics countries,puts forward the development strategy of the arrangement characteristics of body difficulty and equipment technology combination of individual rhythmic gymnastics events in China,in order to provide theoretical support for the technical development of individual rhythmic gymnastics events.The research conclusion show that:(1)There are "double deficiencies" in the choreography of the combination of body difficulty and equipment technology for individual rhythmic gymnastics events in China.The choreography of the types of body difficulty are relatively limited and do not consider the technical characteristics of athletes and the characteristics of various equipment.The application of instrument technology types is not typical and diverse,and the selection of basic instrument technology types is lacking,which makes the selection of dual types of combination of body difficulty and instrument technology relatively single,affecting the artistic effect of complete sets of movements.(2)The combination of body difficulty and instrument technology in individual events of rhythmic gymnastics in our country has " equal deficiency ".Athletes have poor ability to use equipment and only satisfied the basic requirements of the rules on the application of equipment technology to obtain their own scores.They do not attach great importance to the integration of in equipment difficulty in the process of "body difficulty",ignore the "potential factors" of typical technical elements of various equipment in body difficulty,lose the coexistence of body difficulty and equipment difficulty,and affect the improvement of the overall score of difficult movement.(3)The completion quality of the combination of body difficulty and equipment technology in individual events of rhythmic gymnastics in China is relatively low.Athletes ignore the feasibility of manipulating instruments while considering the selection and compilation of high-score physical difficulty,and ignore the completion of high specifications while considering the high-value acquisition of body difficulty and equipment difficulty.(4)The development direction of the combination of body difficulty and equipment technology,the combination type of body difficulty and equipment technology is "Double Consideration " and the score is " Double Pay equal attention","Double perfection" completed is breakthrough point of technical development of individual events of Rhythmic Gymnastics in China.
