Analysis On The Technical And Tactical Characteristics Of J Apanese Woman Athlete ITO Mima Against The Main Right-handed Players Of China

Research purposes:In recent years,the rapid technical and tactical advancement of Japanese women’s table tennis player Ito Mima has put pressure on the Chinese women’s team.For this reason,by fully understanding and mastering the characteristics of Ito Mima’s techniques and tactics,and discovering the use and characteristics of her techniques and tactics when playing against the Chinese women’s team,can we achieve "knowing ourselves and the enemy" in all battles.This article analyzes the technical and tactical characteristics and rules of Mima Ito’s winning and losing games against the Chinese women’s team from the perspective of single strike tecnique,connection technique and ball placements,and puts forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures for the Chinese women’s team in the use of techniques and tactics against Ito Mima.Research method:This article uses literature review method,video observation method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to study and analyze the techniques and tactics of Ito Mima against Chinese right-handed main players(Liu Shiwen,Wang Manyu,Sun Yingsha,Chen Meng)in the international competitions.Research results:In both matches wins and losses,Ito Mima has a higher utilization rate of receiving and attacking phase and a higher scoring rate of serving and attacking phase.In particular,the characteristics of Ito Mima’s backhand long pimples receiving shots can change the spins and rhythm,which gives her an obvious scoring advantage.There is no doubt that Ito Mima’s play style is slightly different from that of the Chinese women’s team.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Conclusion of Mima Ito’s technical and tactical characteristicsFrom the perspective of the overall three phases,Ito Mima’s advantage lies in the serving-attacking phase and receiving-attacking phase.From the point of view of single strike technique,Ito Mima’s advantage lies in the hook serve technique and the backhand strike for receiving the serve.From the point of view of connective techniques,Ito Mima’s advantage is to connect the backhand attack after the short forehand hook service and the subsequent backhand attacks after receiving.In the winning matches,Ito Mima’s serve is highly concealed,high-quality,and diversified;she is accurate in receiving anticipation,decisive in strikes,and active in initiate attack,mainly with special backhand techniques(side cutting,smashing,bouncing);The technical connection and combination when playing rallies reflects a strong sense of attack,fast speed,and tricky approach to fast attack.In the matches lost,Ito Mima’ s offensive quality on the third strike after serving was reduced,and there were many offensive errors from large forehand angles;the ability to handle strong backspins when receiving the serve was weakened,and the forehand offense was too fierce,causing many mistakes.In stalemate phase,there are more transitional strikes and less line changes,weak forehand defensive ability,and stalemate is too passive.(2)Conclusion on the technical and tactical characteristics of Chinese athletesFrom the perspective of the overall three phases,the advantage of Chinese athletes lies in the stalemate phase.From the standpoint of single strike technique,the advantage of Chinese athletes lies in the backhand counter loop and the forehand loop.From the point of view of connective techniques,the advantage of Chinese athletes lies in the ability of forehand loop after a short backspin service and the ability to play both backhand and forehand returns in stalemate stage.In the winning matches,the Chinese athletes have a strong sense of active attack for the third strike with forehand or backhand loop;receiving the serve with forehand flip and backhand twisting-loop,daring to take the initiative to accelerate and add force;having good running ability around full table,actively making counter loops against Ito’s attack and earn the positive momentum.In the matches lost,the Chinese athletes have few changes in serving and the third strike is too passive;the Chinese athletes are too conservative in receiving the serve,with low quality of receiving and singular ball placement;the in stalemate stage,Chinese athletes have many retreats,simple ball passes,and many failed returns with the ball hit the net.
