At this stage,the cause of early childhood education in China is developing rapidly,and the quality of early childhood education has also been concerned and valued by all sectors of society.High quality early childhood education can not do without kindergarten teachers,and kindergarten teachers with higher education belief is the cornerstone of good quality early childhood education,so we need a team of kindergarten teachers with higher education belief.At present,more and more researchers pay attention to educational beliefs,but the research on kindergarten teachers is very rare.As we all know,kindergarten work is a complicated work,teachers work pressure,social status and low pay,which hinder the promotion of kindergarten teachers’ education belief,and then affect the improvement of the quality of early childhood education.Therefore,it is necessary to study kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs.This study uses the qualitative and quantitative research method to analyze the current situation and influencing factors of kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs,and then provide suggestions for improving the kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs.The paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which describes the origin,significance,domestic and foreign research review and core concepts of the research.The second part is the research design,mainly according to the research theme to determine the research purpose,research content and research object,design research ideas,select the appropriate research methods.The third part is the theoretical construction of kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs.This study mainly uses grounded theory to analyze the literature of kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs,and constructs the theoretical framework of kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs.Through the grounded theory analysis,it is concluded that kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs mainly include five aspects:preschool education cognition belief,teachers’ teaching belief,children’s learning belief,children’s development evaluation belief and teachers’ self belief.The influencing factors mainly include personal factors and external factors,which points out the direction for the follow-up research.The fourth part is the analysis of the status quo of kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs.Based on the theoretical framework of grounded theory,this study designs questionnaire and interview contents,and analyzes the overall situation,each dimension and group differences of kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs by using questionnaire and interview methods.The results show that:Kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs are generally at a high level;the five dimensions of kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs are ranked from high to low,which are preschool education cognition belief,teachers’ teaching belief,children’s learning belief,children’s development evaluation belief and teachers’ self belief;kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs are reflected in the teachers’ teaching age,education background,whether they are in preparation,kindergarten nature and grade of kindergartens There are significant differences in grades.The fifth part is the analysis of the influencing factors of kindergarten teachers’educational beliefs.Based on the consideration of personal and external factors,this study mainly analyzes the influencing factors of kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs from five aspects:educational experience,educational practice,interpersonal relationship,kindergarten environment and social status and treatment.It is found that educational experience,educational practice,interpersonal relationship and kindergarten environment have a positive impact on kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs.The sixth part is the research conclusions and suggestions.Based on the analysis and discussion of the current situation of kindergarten teachers’ educational belief and its influencing factors,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving kindergarten teachers’ educational belief:first,strengthen teachers’ education and training to promote teachers’ continuous learning;second,enrich teachers’ educational experience to promote teachers’ self reflection;third,optimize the kindergarten environment and create a platform for teachers’ growth;third,strengthen teachers’ education and training to promote teachers’ continuous learning;fouth,improve the social treatment of teachers and enhance their internal self-confidence.
