| China’s network employment market has experienced nearly 30 years of growth,from the early imitation of foreign network employment platforms to form industry giants gradually,to the rapid rise of vertical segmentation network employment platforms to subdivide the comprehensive market,China’s network employment market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Not only that,a series of social problems such as network employment fraud brought by the lack of supervision mechanism and leakage of citizens’personal information have further tightened the market regulation and policies.Furthermore,in the face of the sudden COVID-19 epidemic situation in 2020,the external environment of the network employment market has undergone tremendous changes with the rocketing progress of "Internet+" technology bringing network employment technology constant iteration.Wuxi Z network employment company(hereinafter referred to as "Z Company")is an early adopter of network employment enterprise in Wuxi city,faced with the constant emergence of competitors and the adjustment of the external environment,how to stand out in the competition and gain competitive advantages has become an important challenge for Z Company at present.Based on the research methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the macro environment and industry development of Wuxi online recruitment market.In addition,this paper combines the traditional value chain,virtual value chain,value network and value ecosystem to sort out the value ecosystem of Z company from capital flow,data flow and value flow.Finally,through the Blue Ocean Strategy and the "Four-step Action Framework"to create value for Z Company,the paper redraws the strategic layout of Z Company and puts forward specific measures to implement the strategy from the aspects of innovative technology research and development,deepening customer development in the industry and building information security system,as well as from the system guarantee and organizational guarantee.The research in this thesis hopes to provide a reference for Z Company’s competitive strategy in the current fierce competitive environment,as well as to provide some lessons for other similar type network employment enterprises. |
