Collaborative problem-solving capabilities are the skills of the 21 st century that citizens, workers, and leaders that the international community has begun to pay attention to.Today’s society is a cooperative society, independent solution of difficult problems is no longer the development trend, the collaborative solution of problems is the trend of social development.Information technology is the discipline most closely related to the times,so in the information technology classroom,it is necessary to conform to the trend of the development of the times and enable students to establish a sense of collaborative problem solving.Based on the guidance of constructivist theory, group dynamic theory, humanistic theory, and situational cognition theory, combined with the requirements of information technology curriculum standards, the impact of the psychological development characteristics of junior high school students on collaboration, the characteristics of project learning, the process of problem solving, and the skill composition of collaborative problem solving, this study designed collaborative problem solving activity design in junior high school project learning, and applied the activity design to the actual junior high school information technology classroom,in order to cultivate students’ collaborative problem-solving ability.Improve the quality of classroom teaching in information technology and better complete the requirements of the information technology curriculum standards. The research methods used in this study include literature research method, educational experimental method, educational measurement method, etc.First, read the literature and sort out, according to the definition of project learning and collaborative problem solving made by other experts, combined with this research, make their own definition, and analyze the requirements of collaborative problem solving activities for project learning;second, according to the design basis of collaborative problem solving activities, the collaborative problem solving activity design scheme in project learning is carried out;third, the single-factor non-peer group before and after measurement experimental mode is adopted, and two classes with the same level of collaborative problem solving ability are selected as experimental classes and control classes in the seventh grade of a middle school in Jinan To apply collaborative problem-solving activity design to the information technology teaching of experimental classes, and to apply traditional project learning to the information technology teaching of control classes. After the end of the experiment, the collaborative problem solving ability data, final examination scores and project work scores of the experimental class and the control class are statistically calculated, and through analysis, the collaborative problem solving activity design can be tested to improve the students’ collaborative problem solving ability and learning performance. The experimental results show that the collaborative problem solving activities in the project learning designed in this study can cultivate students’ collaborative problem solving ability and enrich the ways and methods of cultivating collaborative problem solving ability;make up for the lack of research combined with project learning;enrich the teaching theory of information technology;make the teaching activities progress more smoothly, improve the teaching quality of information technology classrooms, improve the quality of students’ information technology learning achievements and project works;and enhance the awareness of teachers and students to cultivate collaborative problem solving ability. It provides experience for junior high school information technology teachers who cultivate students’ collaborative problem-solving ability.
