A Study On College Students Practicing Xi Jinping’s View Of Youth Rresponsibility

The new era calls for new responsibilities.Today’s world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is at a critical period.In the new era,young people are the most dynamic and creative group in the whole society,especially college students in the youth group are the builders and successors of socialism,they should take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.In order to guide young people in the new era,especially college students,to better shoulder the mission entrusted by the times,since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has given a detailed explanation in a series of speeches,lectures,forums,instructions,congratulatory letters and reply letters to the young people’s status,the significance of youth to national,social development,and why,what,how youth should take responsibility,forminga systematic theoretical system for youth responsibility in the new era,namely Xi Jinping’s view of youth responsibility.As the theoretical basis and action guide for the responsibility of college students in the new era,Xi Jinping’s view of youth responsibility has a profound theoretical foundation,a profound practical basis and acomplete content system.On the basis of combining the practical experience of Xi Jinping’s youth and responding to the requirements of the times to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it inherits and develops the views on youth of Marxist classic writers and generations leaders of the Communist Party of China,and transforms the responsibility thought in the traditional culture of China in the new era.It contains the self-responsibility of virtue and talent cultivation and all-round development,the responsibility of others to attach importance to family and contribute to society,the national responsibility of daring to dream and diligently realizing the dream,and the responsibility of openness,inclusiveness and creating a better world.Guiding college students to deeply practice Xi Jinping’s view of youth responsibility is related to their own growth,the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities,and more importantly,the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Through empirical investigation and research,it can be seen that the overall situation of current college students practicing Xi Jinping’s view of youth responsibility is good,such as relatively clear responsibility cognition,strong emotion of responsibility,firm will to responsibility,and conscious responsibility behavior and soon.However,it cannot be ignored that there are also problems,such as incomplete and not profound responsibility cognition,misplaced value orientation of responsibility practice,disconnection between responsibility cognition and practice,and serious formalization of responsibility practice and soon,which greatly weakens the effect of college students’ practicing Xi Jinping’s youth responsibility.By attributing the problems,and it is found that the influencing factors include complex and diverse social environment,poor responsibility education in colleges and universities,weakened family basic role,and the lack of awareness of college students’ own ideological understanding.Based on the research results and logical argumentation,this paper attempts to put forward strategies to strengthen college students to practice Xi Jinping’s view of youth responsibility: firstly,we should clarify the value goal to guide the direction;Secondly,scientific principles should be established to provide normative guarantee for it;finally,we should grasp two basic paths,the first is to deepen the responsibilitycognition,cultivate the responsibilityemotion,sharpen the responsibilitywill,and strengthen the vertical responsibility behavior,whichis a longitudinal infiltration path.The second is the horizontal guidance path,whichshould give full play to the guiding role of society,the main position roleof colleges and universities,the basic role of the families,and the subjective role of college students,to ensure the effectiveness of college students’ practice of Xi Jinping’s view of youth responsibility,and togather the strength of youth for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
