Colleges and universities are the main position of inheriting excellent traditional culture and innovating cultural thought,and undertake the task of cultivating the main force of national construction.In recent years,the ideological and political work in colleges and universities in China has made remarkable achievements,for the formation of college students ’ excellent will quality,the cultivation of good learning habits and the establishment of firm ideals and beliefs escort.Due to the influence of foreign bad culture,some college students have some problems such as unstable ideals and beliefs and weak social responsibility.In order to better shape the personality of college students and promote them to establish correct values,the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has launched a new round of reform around morality cultivation,curriculum ideological politics came into being in this context.The emergence of curriculum ideological politics has opened up new channels for ideological and political education,and has injected strong fresh blood into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In this study,from the perspective of curriculum ideological and political,the comprehensive use of literature,experimental method,survey method and mathematical statistics and other research methods to dig deep into the ideological and political elements contained in the college sports football option class,and then explore the influence of college sports football option class on college students ’psychology,physical quality,football technology and other aspects under the background of curriculum ideological and political,the following research results are obtained :(1)According to the requirements of the Outline,through the analysis of the teaching content and project characteristics of the optional course of college sports football,the patriotic spirit elements dominated by cultural self-confidence and sports power are excavated.Team spirit elements based on mutual help and common struggle;not afraid of difficulties,dare to compete,hardworking spirit;awareness of rules,which is based on respect for rules,compliance with rules and fair competition.(2)In the teaching of college sports football elective course,the effect of integrating ideological and political elements into teaching on students ’ emotional expression and cooperative spirit,learning attitude,patriotism and rule consciousness is better than that of traditional skills teaching.(3)In the teaching of college sports football elective courses,the integration of ideological and political elements into teaching and traditional skills teaching have promoted students ’ physical quality,but did not produce obvious stimulation and improvement.(4)In the teaching of college sports football elective course,the integration of ideological and political elements into teaching and traditional skills teaching have improved students ’ football technology,but the integration of ideological and political elements into teaching can effectively improve students ’ autonomy in learning and improve students ’ football technology.To reflect on the teaching experiment,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)The excavation of ideological and political elements should be closely related to the teaching content and outline requirements,not only follow the content direction and requirements specified in the outline,but also find out the characteristics and focus of the ideological and political elements of this course.(2)College physical education teachers should improve their understanding of ideological and political education,scientifically find the integration point of ideological and political elements and teaching content,and integrate ideological and political elements into teaching is a long-term recessive education process,rather than superficial decoration.In teaching,different ideological and political elements are organically connected,so as to achieve the effect of value guidance for students in the teaching of knowledge and skills.(3)In the future,the integration of curriculum ideological and political education into college physical education will be more and more systematic and scientific.In the future research,the experimental cycle should be extended,the research on the extension of classroom teaching by the integration of ideological and political elements should be explored,the changes in words and deeds of students in classroom teaching in life should be explored,and the corresponding student learning evaluation mechanism should be established,so as to provide more powerful support for the research and development of the integration of curriculum ideological and political education.
