Deep learning is a process in which students actively connect the old and new knowledge on the basis of understanding the learning content,process the knowledge deeply and construct the new knowledge actively,so as to apply the knowledge they have learned to solve complex problems in the new situation.The development of students’ core literacy is inseparable from students’ deep learning,so the research on deep learning has been widely concerned.Homework is an important link in teaching.Biology homework is a series of biology learning tasks assigned to students by biology teachers according to certain goals.From the perspective of promoting students’ deep learning,this paper designs biology unit assignments for junior middle school,in order to influence students’ learning effect and the formation of subject core literacy to a certain extent.This study combines the concept of deep learning with the design of biology homework in junior middle school,discusses from the multidimensional aspects of homework objectives,content selection and evaluation,and aims to promote the all-round development of students by optimizing homework and help them form the core literacy of biology.This paper adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.Based on the collation and analysis of relevant literature,the research status of deep learning at home and abroad is understood,and relevant concepts are defined.Questionnaire survey and interview were used to understand the current situation of biology deep learning and biology homework of junior high school students,as well as the infiltration of teachers’ deep learning concept in homework design.Based on the analysis of the survey and interview results,taking the section "Green Plants in the Biosphere" in the first volume of biology grade 7 of junior middle school as the research object,the unit assignment design based on deep learning was carried out.After the elaboration of unit operation ideas,unit operation types,unit operation objectives,unit operation time,unit operation quantity and unit operation evaluation,the specific case design is carried out.Homework case design is mainly designed for different types of homework,such as: written exercise homework,written sorting homework,written open homework and practice homework,and specific cases are analyzed.In the design process,attention should be paid to the situational nature of homework and the cultivation of students’ subject core literacy,and evaluation methods should be designed for different types of homework so as to give effective feedback to students’ homework.Through theoretical research and teaching practice,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)At present,biology homework in junior middle school has many problems,such as single form,insufficient level and insufficient innovation degree,which makes it difficult for students to achieve in-depth learning through homework.Front-line teachers are not sufficiently involved in homework design,and the effect of using homework to promote students to achieve the core literacy of the subject is not obvious.(2)The biology homework designed in this study is presented in the form of units,which reduces the repeated investigation of students’ low-level knowledge and ability,promotes the development of students’ higher-order thinking ability,and alleviates students’ homework burden to a certain extent.(3)Diversified homework design types based on the concept of deep learning can help cultivate students’ interest in learning,promote students’ all-round development,and play a positive role in the formation of students’ core literacy.(4)The biology unit homework design of junior high school based on deep learning conforms to the development direction of The Times and meets the needs of biology homework optimization of junior high school.Combined with specific case design,it has strong operability and has certain reference value for teachers.Based on this research,it is expected to provide a reference for the homework design based on deep learning for the majority of front-line biology teachers,and achieve the goal of the development of students’ core literacy.
