| Thanks to the development of the mobile Internet and the sharing economy,a good environment has been created for the generation of knowledge payment;coupled with people’s thirst for knowledge content,the rapid expansion of the cultural industry,and the gradual development of knowledge payment.Paying for knowledge helps people filter the knowledge content they want from complex and changeable information,enhances learning efficiency,and vital to strengthening the effect of fragmented learning.However,the current knowledge payment platform has developed into a bottleneck period,and related experience problems such as content homogeneity,low user stickiness and weak paid learning effect have gradually become prominent and need to be solved urgently.At the same time,scenario theory has been applied to many Internet business service industries and user experience design.It has a good guiding role in solving the user experience problem of knowledge payment.Therefore,the relevant content of scene theory is combined with knowledge payment,and the design elements of its intervention research object are analyzed,and college students are the target group to explore the needs and construct corresponding design strategies,in order to improve the user experience of college students’ knowledge payment APP.Through the related research on college students’ knowledge payment and scene theory,this paper deduces the goal of college students’ knowledge payment APP design under the scene theory,defines the design elements of college students’ knowledge payment APP,combines user research and case analysis,and constructs corresponding experience design strategies.Finally,the exploration of design practice is carried out.Firstly,summarize the characteristics and problems of knowledge payment,analyze the connotation of scenario theory in the era of mobile Internet,explore the combination of scenario theory and knowledge payment from the perspective of relevance and value,and construct the design of knowledge payment under scenario theory elements.Secondly,through user research methods such as questionnaires and interviews,we summarize the opinions and problems of the target group on knowledge payment,and conduct case analysis on related knowledge payment APPs to summarize user needs and opportunities for knowledge payment.Then,on the basis of users and case studies,combined with the design elements of knowledge payment under the scenario theory,the design strategies are analyzed from "scenario construction","personality perception","service optimization",and "social connection".Then,according to the design strategy,the design orientation of the knowledge-paying APP is clarified,and a knowledge-paying APP "Ban Xue" is designed for college students.Then,in the design practice stage,clarify the design goals and functional scope,complete the information architecture,interactive prototype process,and optimize the scheme through usability testing.Finally,the visual style is determined by tools such as the mood board,designing the visual of all interfaces,and finish the presentation of those interfaces.In addition,via the conclusion and future,review every steps of the research and design,the conclusions and achievements of theoretical research and design practice are sorted out,the limitations and shortcomings of this subject are summarized,and possible follow-up design research ideas are discussed.Based on the scenario theory,knowledge payment is the research object,and college students are the target group,and the corresponding design strategy and the knowledge payment APP design scheme for college students are constructed.This research not only has a positive impact on the healthy development of knowledge payment,but also explores the market vacancy of college students’ knowledge payment;at the same time,it also has certain guiding significance for the design and theoretical research of other knowledge payment products. |
