Research On User Experience Design Of "Tencent Classroom" APP Based On COI Theory

In the Internet era,In the Internet era,online education has become an emerging trend,breaking through the constraints of time,space and user background to provide a more convenient way for users to receive education.COI theory(Community of Inquiry Framework)emphasises collaborative learning and critical reflective dialogue to construct meaningful learning methods.methods.Therefore,this project takes COI and related learning experience theories as a guide,the Tencent Classroom App as a carrier,the users of the Tencent Classroom App as the research object,and the user experience as the evaluation index to carry out the design research.Based on COI theory,we first analyzed the user characteristics,product characteristics and learning experience satisfaction of the online education APP,and constructed a design model from four levels: user orientation,user demand research,user experience research and design objectives.The design model was then applied to the user research of the Tencent Classroom APP to determine the user orientation and design objectives of the Tencent Classroom APP.The design model is designed to simulate a learning situation,help users to develop a learning need before the lesson,continuously promote learning motivation during the lesson,and develop a learning habit after the lesson,thus forming a complete learning loop and enhancing the learning experience.Finally,the design solution is evaluated in terms of both interaction and learning experience,and the design model is validated by application,thus improving COI theory,practice methods and investigation tools,and providing theoretical reference for online education APP design research.
