The COVID-19 outbreak is a typical public health emergency.It has the characteristics of wide spread,destructive,unpredictable and difficult to control.The development of the epidemic event not only affects the life safety and economic interests of the people,but also affects social stability.The epidemic incident has attracted much attention,and all kinds of information are overwhelming.Among them,irrational and pseudo-scientific rumors have also spread.The upgrade of network technology has added wings to the epidemic rumors.The content of the rumors is highly simulated after multiple processing.,which can easily cause panic among the masses.Therefore,understanding the spread of epidemic rumors is conducive to blocking the spread of rumors,purifying the online public opinion environment,and maintaining social order.This article focuses on the epidemic of Neocoronapneumonia,and selects the rumors and rumors of the "New Coronavirus pneumonia epidemic area" in "China Internet Joint Rumor Refutation Platform," The Python software was used to crawl all of the public statements that were published between June 24,2020 and January 14,2022.By the method of content analysis and case analysis,the data of the category of epidemic rumors,the channel of spreading rumors,rumor-makers and propagators,and the time of refuting rumors were analyzed.Based on the data,the contents of the epidemic rumors of Neocoronavirus pneumonia are classified into epidemic rumors,epidemic rumors and comprehensive rumors.The main cause of transmission is the fear of the spread of the virus,physical damage and social harm;It is found that We Chat groups and We Chat Moments have the characteristics of public opinion,chain transmission and high trust and emulation of channels,so they become the main ways of spreading rumors on the Internet.The current mechanism of refuting rumors about epidemic rumors in China mainly revolves around the timeliness of refutation time,the authority of the refutation subject and the pertinence of the rumor content.And according to the current situation of rumor refutation,put forward the rumor control strategy under the normalization of epidemic situation.Firstly,in the rumor identification mechanism,timely and accurate screening rumors;Timely launch rumors clarification mechanism;In the channel management should focus on,actively use big data technology and intelligent algorithm,make an issue of monitoring,interception of breakthrough;In the way of accountability,should broaden the current rumor governance path.
