At present,in the teaching of tennis elective courses in Colleges and universities in China,tennis teachers still teach with traditional teaching methods.Traditional teaching methods have their advantages,but the impact of individual differences between students is often ignored in the teaching process.The same teaching content has an impact on physical conditions,psychology,learning foundation Students with weak learning ability often fail to achieve the due teaching effect,which is not in line with the original intention of higher education and can not achieve the goal of all-round development of students.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the teaching methods of tennis elective courses.Based on the original layered teaching method,the dynamic layered teaching method alleviates the disadvantage that the layered teaching method can not adjust the classroom teaching in time according to the actual situation of students to a great extent,effectively reduces the problems caused by students’ individual differences,and improves students’ interest and self-confidence in tennis learning by reasonably using the dynamic layered teaching method.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and interview,65 students of tennis elective course in Nanchang Institute of technology were studied,of which 32 in the control class were taught by the traditional teaching method for 16 weeks,and 33 in the experimental class were taught by the dynamic layered teaching method for 16 weeks.Through the physical fitness test,tennis skill test,tennis interest evaluation,tennis self-confidence evaluation,students’ self satisfaction evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of teaching effect,the data are obtained and analyzed.The results show that:The results show that:1.Before the experiment,the physical quality of the two classes was tested,and there was no significant difference.After the experiment,the physical quality of the students in the control class and the experimental class was improved compared with that before the experiment,but there was no significant difference,and there was no significant difference in the physical quality indexes of the control class before and after the experiment,the experimental class before and after the experiment,and the experimental class and the control class after the experiment.2.There is a very significant difference in tennis technical examination results between the experimental class and the control class,and the results of the experimental class are higher than those of the control class.3.After the experiment,there are significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the total score of tennis participation motivation,among which there are significant differences in the pleasure dimension,emotion dimension and value embodiment dimension of tennis participation motivation,and there are no significant differences in other dimensions;Before and after the experiment in the control class,there was significant difference in the dimension of pleasure,but there was no significant difference in other dimensions;The total scores of pleasure,emotion,value embodiment and tennis participation motivation in the experimental class were significantly different from those before the experiment,and there was no significant difference in other dimensions.4.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in tennis self-confidence between the experimental class and the control class.After the experiment,there were significant differences in all dimensions of tennis self-confidence between the experimental class and the control class;Compared with the control class before and after the experiment,there was a very significant difference in self-confidence dimension and before the experiment,and there was no significant difference in other dimensions;In the experimental class,there were significant differences in all dimensions before and after the experiment.5.There are significant differences in students’ self satisfaction and evaluation of teaching methods between the experimental class and the control class.The students’ self satisfaction and evaluation of teaching in the experimental class are higher than those in the control class.Research conclusion.Research conclusion:1.The dynamic layered teaching method has significantly improved the students’ mastery of tennis technology.It is suggested that the dynamic layered teaching method can be used in the classroom in the future tennis option teaching in undergraduate colleges and universities.The dynamic layered teaching method can formulate the development objectives and contents suitable for each student and adopt different teaching strategies according to the individual differences of each student,Make the teaching goal closer to the actual situation of students,so as to improve the teaching effect.2.In the process of implementing the dynamic layered teaching method,we should correctly grasp the opportunity of assessment and grouping,carry out layered teaching for students,set goals suitable for their level for students at each level,and timely dynamic adjustment can make students form a sense of benign competition,make students willing to practice independently in their spare time,form a sense of self-learning initiative,so as to develop into lifelong sports.3.Implement the concept of invisible stratification.Students’ self-esteem,interest and self-confidence are easily affected by the layering method of dynamic layering teaching method,In the process of stratification,strengthen the ideological and political education of the course,make the organic integration of the socialist core values into the teaching,guide and objectively encourage the thoughts of the more psychologically sensitive students,make the students put down their ideological burden and focus all their energy on tennis learning,so as to create a good tennis learning atmosphere for the students.4.Teachers should constantly strengthen their own knowledge reserve.The teaching task of dynamic layered teaching method is heavy.Teachers should also actively study and improve their teaching level.In the process of teaching and educating people,they should actively pay attention to the psychological changes of students,actively guide,avoid the students’ learning aversion caused by the layered method,and timely find and correct it in time to ensure the all-round physical and mental development of students.5.The hierarchical evaluation method should be scientific.It should not only consider the basic quality and technology of students,but also effectively evaluate the students’ performance in class,the students’ performance within and between groups and their personal development,so as to stimulate the individual and collective learning motivation.Research recommendations:1.It is suggested that this teaching method can be applied to the classroom in the future tennis option teaching in undergraduate colleges and universities.According to the individual differences of each student,formulate the development objectives and contents suitable for each student,and adopt different teaching strategies.The teaching objectives are close to the actual
