| In recent years,the double reduction(ease the burden of excessive homework and off-campus tutoring for students undergoing compulsory education)of the elementary and secondary education,the entrepreneurship and innovation of the undergraduate education have become important general social concerned topics rapidly which aimed at accelerating teenagers about quality enhancement,culture inheritance and innovation and healthy growth.Thereinto,study tour becomes an important measure which not only boosts double reduction educational reform,but also improve the elementary and secondary school students’ comprehensive quality.“Travel thousands of miles and read thousands of books—large amount of practices are the same important as reading large volumes of books.” These words have been aspirations and targets cherished by Chinese youths in their study tours in pursuit of healthy growth,courageous assumption of their responsibilities.They have served as the action guide and inspired numerous young people to walk out of their campuses and homes,to march into the society and the distant places to pursue their romance and expectation.The State Council,the Ministry of Education and the local educational authorities have successively formulated and introduced all kinds of policy measures,instructions and operation specifications to promote the development of study tour since 2013.The elementary and secondary schools,training institutions and students’ families are responding to them positively.The number of elementary and secondary schools is rising year by year.China has been an agricultural society in history with glorious agricultural civilization.Agriculture is thus an important basis for the development of modern civilization in China.The agriculture cultural heritage study tour is an important way that cultivates teenagers to inherit the fine traditional culture,train the labor skills and enhance the ability of cultural inheritance and innovation.As we go through major global changes unseen in the past century,the innovation from the fruits of the agricultural civilization of China with a history of about five thousand years is an important beginning for the teenagers to face the world,look into future,contribute with our Chinese wisdom and give a solution of Chinese style.As of 2018,there were 15 Chinese “Global Important Agricultural Cultural Heritage Systems” acknowledged by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations,making China the top country with the most heritage sites in type,depth and breadth in the world.Among them,the Rice Terraces System in Mountainous and Hilly Areas in Southern China is the most famous.The Longji areas of Longsheng Ethnic Autonomous County in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region have attracted visitors’ widespread attention because of its vast and magnificent terraced landscape as well as unique ethnic customs since the 1990 s.After 40 years of development,this place has become a famous national tourism destination and first batch of“Nationwide Study Tour Demonstration Base”.However,the study tour of Longji terraces as the Global Important Agricultural Cultural Heritages has not yet talent showed itself from terraced landscape and ethnic customs.It can’t innovate and develop toward the aim of normalization and standardization.This article set about the resources and market demand of study tourism and selected the Longji terraces as a typical case.Through field investigation and questionnaire statistics,with the help of PESTEL analysis models,it clarified the global important agricultural cultural heritage value of the Longji terraces,as well as the market demand of secondary school students for study tour.On this basis,it used these theories to analyze the main problems of the innovative development of study tour as an industry in the agricultural cultural heritage of Longsheng Longji terraces,and then set out to explore those problems about study tour in the agriculture cultural heritage of Longji terraces,such as thematic image,curriculum design,reception service and so on.The results of show that study tourism in the Agricultural Cultural Heritage of Longji terraces still face many problems in terms of resource utilization,thematic image,curriculum system,services available and tourist experience.Firstly,while terraced field tourism and ethnic tourism have achieved remarkable results,study tourism is still in a messy development without proper guidance.Secondly,the agricultural heritage resources of the terraces are rich,but no effective study tour resource element system has been extracted from the agricultural heritage;thirdly,people often simply equate study tour with sightseeing and customs experience tourism,and fail to put forward the orientation of the development goal of study tour in line with the requirements of “double reduction” education reform from the educational characteristics of study tour;fourthly,the basic structure of bases,institutions,courses,teachers,textbooks and activities necessary for study tour has not yet been formed.From the aspects such as education department-research institutions-school education-research needs-curriculum design-effect detection,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the innovative development of agricultural heritage study tour in Longji Terraces,and provides inspiration and suggestions for the innovative development of agricultural heritage study tour across the country. |
