| recently,the arise of nascent technologies,new industries,and new modes will promote industries,which will product more employment.However,the further development of technology will also replace a large number of low-skilled labor.We are very concerned about whether the new growth drivers are bad or good for the employment situation.At present,most of the literature studies the measurement of new growth drive level and employment quality level,there is no deep research of the relevance and the extent of mutual influence.Therefore,this article deeply researches whether the new kinetic energy and the quality of employment are in a coordinated development,and studys the driving factors,and provides certain ideas for policy making.This thesis research new drivers and employment quality,and studys the coupling and synergistic levels between new drivers and employment quality in 31 provinces(cities,regions).First,this article defines the concepts of new driving force and employment quality,and expounds the relationship between new kinetic energy and employment quality.Second,establish a index system to evalue new drivers of economic development from four aspects:knowledge capability,innovation drive,digital economy,and creation and upgrading.the new growth drive of 31 provinces(conurbations,districts)are measured.After that,an index system of employment quality was established from five aspects: employment environment,employment status,employment protection,employability,earned income.the employment quality is measured.Third,the model is built to study the level of coupling coordination,and the spatial correlation.Finally,the spatial regression model is used to analyze the global and local laws of coupling and coordinating driving factors of new growth drives and employment quality.Furthermore,it studys the global drives and local drives.Conclusions on appeal,suggestions are made for the development of new drivers of economic development and the quality of employment in a more coordinated and coordinated direction.The conclusions of this thesis are:(1)The new kinetic energy level of economic development rose significantly from 2015 to 2018;Thiel index,is becoming smaller within and between areas,that is,the difference in the development of new kinetic energy is gradually getting smaller;All dimensions of the new growth drivers of economic development are on an upward trend.The share of knowledge in the dimension of new kinetic energy is the smallest,and the digital economy dimension account for the largest proportion.(2)The level of employment quality from 2015 to 2018 showed a significant upward trend;and the employment quality showed a high level in the eastern and western regions,and the middle areas are low;national and regional the internal and inter-regional employment quality Theil index is generally on the rise,and the discrepancy in employment quality is gradually increasing;the employment status dimension occupies the smallest share,and the employment environment and labor compensation have the largest proportions.(3)In 2015—2018,the coupling about the new momentum and employment quality is increasing,and it was in a highly coupled level;2015—2018 has always been highly coupled in the eastern and central regions Coordination,the level of coordination is moderate in the western region;(4)Except for the growth rate of optical fibres,other elements that influence the coordinated growth of the two coupling have positive effects.Among them,science and technology expenditures occupy the share of public budget expenditures,and social security and employment expenditures accounted for the proportion of public budget expenditures are the largest impetus for coupling and coordination.The GRW model is used to study the partial driving factors of coordination in 2018.Among them,proportion of the total post and communications business in GDP,the growth rate of optical fibres,and other elements that influence it have positive effects.Average number of previous school years,revenue of the information improvement,software and information technology industries accounted for a share of GDP,and the proportion of science and technology have a vigorous effect.this article propose several relevant proposals :(1)In order to reduce the differences in the development of new growth drivers in different regions,digital economy subsystems occupy a relatively high proportion,and my country needs to increase efforts to develop the digital economy to narrow the differences.Although the knowledge and ability dimension is relatively small,it cannot ignore its extremely important basic areas.It is still necessary to continue to learn the intensity of knowledge,and continue to develop and innovate to better develop new kinetic energy.(2)As the level of employment quality presents a high level in the eastern areas and in the western regions,the middle area is low.Therefore,for the low level of employment quality in the central region,the country should issue policies to enhance the quality of employment to a certain extent.At the same time,it is necessary to take notice of the training and the improvement of labor capacity.Only the improvement of labor capacity can enable the labor force to find satisfactory jobs within his ability and improve the overall level of employment quality.(3)In order to impel the new momentum of China’s economic development and the quality of employment to better promote each other,Education,science and technology,and social security and employment deserve more investment.At the same time,notice the information industry.Only when the information industry develops vigorously and creates more employment opportunities while promoting the development of new kinetic energy,can the economy further develop better. |
