Study On The Age Value Implementation Path Of College Student’s Labor Education

Labor education is not a new topic,since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,labor education has always been an important part of China’s education policy,and combined with the actual requirements of continuous development,improvement,showing obvious characteristics of the times.In the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,labor education mainly revolved around the recovery and construction of the national economy;during the period of exploration of socialist construction,labor education served politics;after the 1990 s,education should serve socialist modernization and be combined with productive labor.Although the concept of labor education and its focus are different in different periods,it is undeniable that labor education has always occupied an important position in China’s educational undertakings.The further advancement of reform and opening up has changed the face of Chinese society,and the way,object,and form of labor have also changed.In order to meet the requirements of the development of the times,the connection between labor and science and technology has become closer and closer,and the connotation of labor has also been expanded,providing people with more time to enjoy life.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly made expositions on labor,labor value and labor education,fully affirming the status of labor education in the five educations,and providing a good environment for the development of labor education.The new era has given birth to new ideas,and in this period,people’s thinking has become more diversified,making all kinds of wrong labor concepts pervading us,such as opportunistic and contemptuous of labor,which invisibly distorts people’s labor concepts,resulting in an increasingly difficult situation in labor education.This situation is particularly evident in the college student group,such as labor aversion,resistance to labor,waste of labor results and other problems are prominent,resulting in labor education being ignored,weakened,and marginalized.Therefore,in this context,it is of far-reaching significance to study the labor education of college students.By summarizing the research results of labor education,this paper finds the weak points and blank spots,analyzes the innovations of labor education,and points out the research prospects of labor education,which lays a solid foundation for the successful completion of the paper.Through the analysis of literature such as works and speeches,we explore the theoretical sources of labor education,summarize the labor education ideas of Marx,Engels,Lenin and their major national leaders,integrate the reasonable components of labor education ideas in traditional Chinese culture,and provide ideological reference for in-depth study of labor education.In terms of the contemporary value of labor education for college students,from the perspective of national and social development and human development,the unique significance of labor education in China is discussed,and the value of labor education is comprehensively explained.This paper briefly discusses the current achievements of labor education,and highlights the problems existing in labor education,such as imperfect labor education curriculum and the relative solidification of labor education evaluation mechanism.In order to better find the root cause of the problems in labor education,the reasons for the problems are also analyzed from the four levels of society,school,family and individual,and on the basis of summarizing the current experience in the implementation of labor education,starting from the five major systems,we will improve the labor education curriculum system,and open various forms of labor education courses with the help of network media;Build a practical platform for labor education and provide new forms of practical activities for labor education;We will improve the labor education guarantee system and provide it with human,financial,material and other guarantees.At the same time,we should strengthen labor education by compulsory means,take the law as the basis and the relevant systems as the support,ensure that the research on labor education is effective,improve the evaluation system,effectively solve the outstanding problems in labor education,and promote the realization of the goal of the free and all-round development of people.
