Current Situation Of College Students’ Labor Values In The New Era And Education Path Research

Young college students,as constructors and inheritors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,whether their labor values are correct or not not only affects their self-development,but also but also has a significant impact on the future and destiny of the country.Since entering the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made important expositions on labor and labor values,providing scientific guidelines and basic guidelines for this research.Studying the current situation of college students’ labor values,exploring the education path of college students’ labor values,and helping college students to establish correct labor values is conducive to the overall self-development of college students themselves,conducive to cultivating responsible newcomers of the era,and conducive to achieving the grand rehabilitation of the Chinese nation.Firstly,this thesis has reviewed the current situation of domestic and external surveys,and defines the concept of labor and labor values.This thesis believes that labor value is people’s subjective understanding of labor value,and is the fundamental view and attitude on labor meaning,purpose,honor and disgrace,and dividing the work of labor.It affects people’s labor value orientation and behavior.The traditional Chinese excellent labor thought,Marx’s labor values,and the labor values of the leaders of the Communist Party of China provide the theoretical basis and support for this article.At the same time,this thesis proposes four dimensions of labor values,namely,the understanding of the meaning of labor,the understanding of the purpose of labor,the understanding of the honor and disgrace of labor,and the understanding of the dividing the work of labor.Secondly,according to the four dimensions of labor values,this thesis compiled a questionnaire,adopted a combination of stratified sampling and convenient sampling,and distributed questionnaires to 6 college students in Shandong Province through Questionnaire Star.Gather 1,150 questionnaires.There are 1025 valid samples.SPSS26.0is used to process the questionnaire data,and the statistical results are obtained mainly by descriptive statistics,independent sample t test and one-way analysis of variance.The survey results show that college students’ labor values are generally positive,with significant differences in gender,institution,and major.There is little overall difference in grade,only-child and non-single-child,and basically no difference in the source of students.At the same time,some students do not have a good understanding of the meaning of labor,their understanding of the purpose of labor tends to be utilitarian,their understanding of labor honors and disgrace is unclear,and there are deviations in their understanding of the dividing the work of labor.Finally,according to the comprehensive research and judgment of the survey results,the above issues’ causes are that the mentality of college students is not yet mature,the concept of family labor values education is biased,colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to labor values education,and the negative impact brought by the social level.In this regard,it proposes the education path of labor values for college students:first,to strengthen the supporting role of society in education of labor values;second,to utilize the dominant position of colleges and universities in education of labor values;third,to consolidate the basic role of families in education of labor values;fourth Improve the main role of college students in the education of labor values.
