The Study On The Sustainable Development Of Campus Construction From The Perspective Of University-city Integration

With the development of education,university has become a more and more important part of the city.With the general promotion of university-city integration and the clear role of universities in leading social development,how to promote campus construction with sustainable development as the fundamental goal is given more substantial requirements and content.It is to break through the campus boundary to build a university-city interactive spatial pattern,and while realizing its own development,give play to the role of the university in promoting the city,so as to realize the interactive pattern of regional government,industry and education innovation,and truly achieve the sustainable development of university campus construction of opening up the external "space" environment.In recent years,Zhuhai City has proposed an ecologically livable city plan with the overall goal of constructing seven core areas covering ecology,space,travel,services,society,economy and humanities.Beijing Normal University,Zhuhai campus is located in Zhuhai High-tech Zone,covering an area of more than 3.3 square kilometers and having completed building area of 687,100 square meters.It occupies an important position in the construction of Zhuhai city.The university has achieved remarkable results in the past 20 years,and it has developed into a distinctive experimental zone for the development and reform of the integration of production and education.Beijing Normal University,Zhuhai campus,not only regards creating a strong academic atmosphere and providing students with learning and living conveniences as the goals of campus planning and construction,but also integrates the development concept of a workable and livable city into the historical mission of the university.The future development of the school must break through the campus boundary and become a "wisdom valley" engine that promotes city development by building a "university town".This paper mainly studies how to achieve campus construction with sustainable development as the fundamental goal through the integration of university and city.Firstly,it collects and sorts out the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the collaborative development of university and city,the integration of university and city,analyzes the relationship between university construction and city interaction,and summarizes the relevant theories and analysis framework related to the sustainable development of universities campus construction.Based on the analysis of the interaction between university and city,and based on the construction status and problems of Beijing Normal University,Zhuhai campus,through surveying and mapping survey and data analysis,this paper summarizes the factors hindering the sustainable development of campus in the integration of university and city.In the process of considering and solving the above-mentioned constraints,this paper adopts an analogy research method to find the enlightenment for the formulation of the solution strategy by comparing the successful cases of the domestic and foreign university-city integration.Combining the development needs of the university and the absorption of relevant domestic and foreign experience,the paper finally addresses the effective solutions to the constraints and forms a sustainable development strategy for campus construction from the perspective of university-city integration,so that the goal of promoting urban development promised when the Beijing Normal University,Zhuhai campus was established can be realized.
