With the rapid progress of social economy,spiritual and cultural needs have become the most important needs of people.Especially today,with the popularity of the Internet,online games have replaced many traditional entertainment methods and become one of the main parts of people ’s spiritual life.Since entering the 21 st century,the growth of China ’s online game industry has gone through more than 20 years.The main development forms have experienced several stages: from the era of 2D,3D and online games,the forms of game tools have also experienced the development stages of game consoles,Atari,Nintendo,home game consoles,portable handheld computers and mobile games.At present,the game industry has been included in the development of strategic emerging industries,and has officially entered a period of rapid development,but it has also entered a period of fierce competition.Facing the increasingly fierce market environment and industry bottlenecks,enterprises not only compete for market share,but also need to improve their competitiveness from internal management.Today,with the developed company system,performance management is a very important part of enterprise management.It plays an irreplaceable role in the development of enterprises and stimulating employees’ enthusi asm.Many enterprises have set up special departments for performance management and implementation.As the market-oriented competition becomes more and more full,more requirements are put forward for the development of enterprise performance management system,which requires enterprises to continuously improve and optimize in order to obtain late development advantages and occupy a favorable market position.The main demand of the industry and even the Internet field is to systematically build a performan ce management system and effectively carry out corresponding work.In terms of its development,the existing research experts have done a lot of work to explore the origin,development and achievements of performance management,and obtained some valuable results.Taking X game company as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of company performance management from the actual situation,focusing on its existing problems.It is found that X company has problems in many aspects,mainly reflected in the following aspects: unreasonable formulation of performance indicators,non-standard performance implementation,inaccurate performance appraisal and evaluation,and low application of performance management results.After systematically sorting ou t these problems,the author deeply analyzes the root causes of the above problems by using scientific methods such as literature research,interview,questionnaire and case analysis,and puts forward the following improvement suggestions: firstly,from the actual problems,clarify the performance objectives in the management process and implement them,It needs to be implemented in a planned way,and the implementation results should be processed and applied to maximize the implementation value of performance.This paper mainly puts forward four optimization and improvement suggestions.The author hopes that this research can better provide new ideas for the relevant performance research of the game industry in the future,and also provide reference and ref erence for the development and optimization of the performance management system of X company. |
