The novelty,volatility,and high risk of the game industry itself have led to management problems for employee turnover.This article mainly studies how to retain talents in game companies from the aspect of performance appraisal.D Game Company is an Internet game company,mainly engaged in the research and development and promotion of mobile casual local board games.Since its establishment in 2014,many games have successfully obtained a leading position in the market segment.After a detailed understanding of the company’s internal situation,I learned that the company’s human resource management has been using the system before the company’s reform,especially the performance appraisal management is lagging behind and can’t keep up with the company’s development speed.This thesis selects the performance appraisal of the six human resources modules as the research object,hoping to finally provide the company with effective solutions and optimization solutions.The performance appraisal of D game company cannot meet the requirements of enterprise development,and cannot effectively exert the incentive and restraint mechanism for talents.Aiming at the problems in performance appraisal,following the principle of optimization,based on the strategic objectives of D Game Company,decomposing according to the four dimensions of finance,players(customers),internal operating procedures and internal learning and growth.In terms of performance appraisal indicators and weights,the original The work skills,work attitude,team influence,workload and completion rate were changed to four first-level indicators of internal operation process,finance and performance,learning growth and customer satisfaction.Based on the framework of these four dimensions,different assessment indicators are designed in the internal management process for the work characteristics of R&D technology,product planning,operation management,and art designers.The implementation of performance appraisal is one of the effective measures to improve the competitive advantage of the enterprise’s own development.Therefore,it is necessary for enterprises to establish a scientific and complete performance appraisal implementation plan.How to establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal implementation?This article is based on the company’s strategic objective requirements and the classification of appraisal indicators,and on the basis of the original appraisal implementation measures,it is carried out in accordance with three aspects:implementation process,implementation results application and safeguard measures.The optimization measures were put forward for the implementation of performance appraisal of D game company.It is hoped that the improvement of this problem can help the company’s performance to develop better.
