| Labor education is highly valued in primary schools in the new era,and school-based evaluation of labor education is an important part of school labor education and the key to promote the effective implementation of school labor education.In order to promote the high-quality development of primary school labor education and promote labor education to take root,it is very necessary to study the practice of school-based evaluation of primary school labor education.The school-based evaluation of primary school labor education is an independent evaluation based on the internal needs of school labor education.It is an evaluation initiated by school personnel for the purpose of promoting the development of labor education and improving students’ labor literacy.It belongs to school-based independent evaluation,which has its own uniqueness due to different schools.This study takes 9 primary schools in Y City as the research object,and preliminarily defines the subject,object,content and method of primary school labor education evaluation by analyzing the connotation,basis and concept of primary school labor education school-based evaluation.Through the use of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,we can understand the effectiveness,existing problems and confusion of primary school labor education school-based evaluation in many aspects.Based on the theory of developmental education evaluation,the concept of results-oriented education and the theory of systematic evaluation,combined with the current situation of primary school labor education evaluation in Y City,multi-dimensional analysis,summarizes the causes of the predicament of school-based evaluation of primary school labor education in Y City;in view of the current implementation situation and deep-seated reasons,actively explore the framework and related measures of school-based evaluation of primary school labor education in Y City.This thesis discusses the school-based evaluation of primary school labor education from six aspects,the basic contents are as follows: the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the reason for choosing the topic,research purpose and significance,research basis,research ideas and methods of the theme of "school-based evaluation of primary school labor education";the second chapter uses the method of literature research to analyze the current research situation at home and abroad,and summarizes the enlightenment of the literature to the school-based evaluation of primary school labor education in Y City.The main content of the third chapter is the investigation of the current situation of the implementation of school-based evaluation of labor education in nine primary schools in Y city,expounds the contents and ideas of the survey,and analyzes the results of the survey.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the predicament and causes of school-based evaluation of primary school labor education.The fifth chapter is the suggestions for the implementation of school-based evaluation of primary school labor education.The sixth chapter is the summary,reflection and prospect of school-based evaluation of primary school labor education. |
