Adolescence is the golden period of individual development.It is the key period to form a correct outlook on life,world outlook and values.At the same time,it is also the most vulnerable and unstable period of individuals.The academic pressure of teenagers in this period is too high.In order to alleviate the pressure,teenagers with weak resistance to pressure are easily attracted by exquisite packaging and novel and interesting mobile games.Once they begin to contact mobile games,teenagers with insufficient judgment,poor self-control and low self-discipline will gradually indulge in mobile games without self-knowledge.The popularity of smart phone games has become a major obstacle to the development of teenagers’ physical and mental health.Especially in recent years,the proportion of teenagers addicted to mobile games has been increasing,It has become a social problem that needs the attention of the society.This study used the scale analysis method and semi-structured interview method to collect the data of teenagers,the case owners who are addicted to mobile games,and found that the case owners have the ability to correct cognitive behavior and improve resilience;Strengthen the positive role of structural family,strengthen the role of family and reconstruct the social system network;Strengthen the supervision of the use of mobile games and improve the needs of relevant laws and regulations.Under the guidance of social ecosystem theory and structured family theory,the case work service is provided to the case owner of this study.From the perspective of micro system,meso system and macro system,through five stepped case intervention,the case owner can help the case owner re understand himself and correct the addictive behavior of the case owner in mobile games,so as to improve self-awareness,enhance resilience,improve the family structure of the case owner,and play a positive role The goal of reconstructing the social system network and promoting the gradual improvement of policies.This paper is to intervene,analyze and study the teenagers who are addicted to mobile games through the method of case work.The following conclusions are drawn.It is feasible to help the case owner correctly recognize himself,improve anti stress,enhance willpower,reconstruct social interpersonal support system,quit mobile games and return to students’ functions by using case work methods.However,teenagers’ addiction to mobile games is a comprehensive social problem,which can not be effectively dealt with by individuals or society alone.We should coordinate the professional forces of all social parties and pay attention to the coordinated governance of families,schools and society.At the same time,it is inevitable to establish a long-term and effective follow-up service,because when the case owner leaves the case service environment,whether he can really achieve "self-help" needs to be considered.Finally,the author puts forward relevant suggestions at the end of the case intervention.I believe that the research results of this paper will provide rich perspectives and ideas for relevant research in the future.
