With the popularization of the Internet,the way people learn is changing dramatically.Especially since 2020,the emergence of the epidemic has led to a massive increase in the amount of time people spend online,and online education has entered a phase of rapid development in this context.At the same time,influenced by the double reduction policy,some educational institutions are turning to quality education with the help of past educational resources.The continuous expansion of course categories and quantity makes the quality of courses uneven,and many courses on the shelves violate market regulation due to the lack of compliance audit of course content before they hit the shelves.At the same time,the overload of course information makes it impossible for users to quickly find the resources they are interested in from the huge amount of learning resources.To solve the problems of course compliance detection and course information overload,this paper designs and implements an intelligent course management platform,which mainly completes the home page display,personal center,course recommendation and course-related function modules serving users,and the user management,teacher management,course management,course category management,home page rotation course management and AI quality inspection function modules serving the backend management.The system uses collaborative filtering recommendation algorithms to provide online learners with personalized learning resource recommendations that match their cognitive state and learning ability and uses the Baidu AI content auditing interface to realize the audit of course graphic materials for violations.This paper adopts the structure system of B/S model,adopts MVC model for design,uses Vue framework for front-end and Spring Boot framework for back-end development,uses Java language for programming,and uses My SQL database to store data related to user information,teacher information,and course information.In the process of completing the thesis,I strictly followed the software development process to complete the requirements analysis,outline design,system detail and implementation,and system testing.The implementation of this system helps learners to quickly select personalized resources suitable for themselves from a huge amount of learning resources to effectively improve their knowledge structure,and at the same time,it can replace the manual intelligent identification of the text and picture content in the course in the dimensions of pornography/government/violence/prohibition/advertising,etc.to avoid the risk of violation caused by false propaganda of the course or the existence of advertising and other factors.
