| After the promulgations of biology Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 edition revised in 2020),The core of biology classroom teaching has changed,which falls on the development of students’ core literacy of biology.Biology homework as an important part of teaching and can also develop students’ core literacy of biology.Now there are a couple of problems with the job design,for example,most of the homework is scattered and unsystematic,without considering the unit as a whole.Unit teaching objectives can be realized through unit homework design,which is an important way to develop students’ core literacy.Therefore,cultivating students’ core literacy is a question worth thinking about given the unit as a whole.Therefore,the aim of this study is to understand the problems existing in the current work of biological units,and to sort out the ideas of designing biology unit homework to develop students’ core literacy of biology subject,and hope to be a reference for on-site educators.Firstly,literature analysis was used to sort out the domestic and foreign research progress and theoretical basis of biology unit assignment design.Then 846 students and 36 high school biology teachers were selected for a questionnaire survey to know the current situation of high school biology homework completion and design.The results show that the current biology homework topics are monotonous and lack of innovation.Single type of operation;Stratification effect is not obvious;Lack of awareness of homework objectives and incomplete homework feedback.Based on the conclusion of the research and contacted to Mazzano’s classification theory of educational objectives,the design ideas of biology unit operations at three levels of biological cognitive system,metacognitive system and self-system are constructed.This paper designs four unit operations of "Molecule and cell" module of compulsory high school biology 1: "Molecule of cell","basic structure of cell","material input and output of cell" and "energy supply and utilization of cell",and tests them through practice.The results of practical examination show that students have a high degree of satisfaction with biology unit assignments,their problem-solving ability and practical inquiry ability have been improved,and they have a more systematic understanding of biology knowledge.This study has the following conclusions :(1)biology unit assignments designed based on mazzano’s theory of educational objectives can develop students’ biological core literacy.(2)Design biology unit homework,the homework content should be connected with current political hot spots,social practice;To carry out hierarchical design;To establish a sense of working objectives;Homework feedback should be comprehensive and diversified evaluation methods should be adopted.The deficiencies of this study include the following two points :(1)the biology unit assignment designed is only used in JC middle school,and whether it is applicable to other schools remains to be studied.(2)Due to limited practice time,biology unit of unit 5 was not carried out. |
