Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the development of the information society,the data in all aspects of life plays an important role,and data application in the classroom is no longer stay in theory aspect,begin to enter the empirical phase,so the teachers’ data quality ability also began to get attention from all walks of life,teachers data quality of ascension is to comply with the development of The Times and social progress.Teachers in the classroom at any time in this decision,so how to make effective decisions,how to teach a data-driven decisions,all of these are now concern of the society,schools and teachers,so how to promote teachers’ data quality,data driven decision-making of teacher of ascension,these are the problems of attention now.This article draws on data quality and teaching related definition,factor analysis,model of decision-making theory,the author puts forward the concept of data literacy,put forward the interview outline on the junior high school teacher interviews,to understand what,junior middle school teachers’ ability to data quality dimensions including dimensions for the division,and carries on the explanation,the preliminary data compiled the junior high school teachers self rating scale,Is divided into six dimensions,51,to compile it into a questionnaire on a small scale,the independent sample t-test,exploratory factor analysis and reliability test,and adjust the formal scale,the structure of the scale is divided into four dimensions,21 questions,the formal scale applications,to extend of junior high school teachers,the teachers the ability to measure quality of data,The reliability and validity of the scale were tested,and descriptive statistical analysis and difference analysis were carried out.Finally measurement data found that junior high school teachers in the medium level,the highest moral standards,including data,higher than the overall average data awareness,knowledge and skills,teaching application are lower than the overall average,lowest average data consciousness,remains to be improved,combined with the research conclusion of this research from the data awareness,knowledge and skills,teaching application and decision-making,the several aspects Corresponding countermeasures are put forward to improve teachers’ data literacy level based on decision making.
