| With the rise of the national fitness program as a national strategy,national fitness has ushered in new opportunities for development.The social sports instructor plays an irreplaceable role in national fitness and is the main force in the strategy.Social sports instructor is not only the organizer and executor of national fitness related activities,but also the instructor of people’s daily sports activities and the disseminator of health knowledge.Therefore,it is very necessary to research and promote the construction and development of sports instructor team in order to further promote the national fitness.This study explores the overall development status of social sports instructor team in Tongliao,summarizes and analyzes the advantages and existing problems of the current team development.The advantages should be maintained and developed,and countermeasures should be put forward to solve the problems.It is committed to building a high-level team of social sports instructors,promoting the development of mass sports and better implementing the national fitness plan,which is a new stage of social sports.Through the research methods of literature,questionnaire,data statistics and field investigation,taking the social sports instructors in Tongliao as the object of investigation,the present situation,training,government incentive and fund investment of the social sports instructors in Tongliao were investigated and studied;based on the questionnaire of residents in Tongliao and through the investigation and analysis of the development of social sports instructors in Tongliao,it is concluded that the reasons affecting the development of social sports instructors in Tongliao are as follows:(1)The overall quality is low.(2)The training content cannot meet the instructor’s own development.(3)The current services provided by the instructor cannot meet the needs of the masses.(4)There is a lack of scientific and sound supervision in management system.(5)The government cannot provide perfect guarantee measures and there is still a shortage of funds.Based on the above research,this paper mainly puts forward the following five aspects of development countermeasures.(1)Ensure the balanced development of the instructor team structure,strengthen the overall quality of the instructor team,speed up the introduction of professional talents,and promote the sustainable development of the instructor team.(2)Provide diversified training content,online and offline training paths and multi-dimensional assessment,improve training quality,pay attention to training feedback and control mechanism.(3)Improve the professional quality of instructors,further spread health knowledge,meet the needs of the masses,build fitness centers around residents,and promote the development of national fitness.(4)Strictly conduct the qualification examination of instructors,improve organizational ability and inter-organizational communication,and establish a scientific supervision mechanism.(5)The government should simplify administrative procedures and delegate powers to lower levels,lower entry standards,guide market and social capital to invest in the construction of instructor team,broaden fund-raising channels,realize the information management,improve the incentive mechanism,improve the enthusiasm of the instructors to work. |
