Research On The Content And Form Of The National Social Sports Instructor Exchange And Exhibition Competition

With the rise of national fitness as a national strategy,the status of social sports instructors also rose,and become an important grasp of national fitness and "cattle nose" project,the role of social sports instructors is self-evident.This requires that the social sports instructors,as the promoters of national fitness,should have a high level of professional skills and theory,as well as a skilled teaching ability.Through the research on the National Social Sports instructor Exchange and display Competition for promoting and training a group of outstanding social sports instructors,we can further understand the changes in the content and form of the event and the areas and results that need to be improved in the event.For the next time The organization of the event provides an effective reference for the social sports instructors in anticipation of the event.Based on the methods of literature,comparative analysis,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and so on,this paper makes a study of the skill competition in the national social sports instructor exchange competition in2016-2017.The content and form of knowledge contest and the content and form of exchange and display are analyzed and studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two competitions in content and form are pointed out,and some reasonable suggestions are put forward.Based on the findings of the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The holding of the National Social Sports instructor Exchange Show Competition has improved the comprehensive ability of the instructors,but the qualification requirements of the participating athletes are still unclear,and the examination system is not strict.The lack of full-time social sports instructors;the unstable distribution of the competition area makes it difficult for the remote area team to travel or give up the game;the match arrangement is tight and continuous during the day and night;2.In terms of the content and form of the competition,2016 involves a wide range of events,with strict restrictions on the number of participants.In 2017,the number of participants increases,but the number of skill items decreases.In theoretical competitions,a small number of athletes in 2017 do not have enough preparation for examination materials.There is a wrong way of answering questions,the theme of the speech contest is relatively single;3.In the exchange of the competition,the communication content is not rich enough;The venue selection of the lecture is not reasonable;4.The exhibition part of the contest is rich in content,but the display form is not clear;And put forward corresponding recommendations:1.Strengthen the management mechanism of social sports instructor events,supervise the qualifiers of each province and city;clarify the level conditions and qualification requirements of the participating athletes;set up full-time counselors to work,and give appropriate remuneration;To set up competition zones according to the regions stipulated by the state;to adjust the order of competition events;2.In the content of the competition,the skill competition part adds teaching explanation,sets up the competition items according to different ages;increases the theme content of the speech contest;suggests the repeated use of the questions of the quiz on the spot;requests the athletes to participate in the competition every other year,To promote the development of the new forces of instructors;to strengthen the attention of the grassroots to the contest;3.Increase the form of communication in the competition,such as the selection of popular skills to study together,team exchange and study;the contents of the lecture should be easy to understand,fit the daily fitness knowledge of the masses;4.Grading skills exhibition to maximize our traditional sports culture.
