| Research purpose:Core strength training,as one of the important elements of physical training,was initially applied in the medical and fitness field by means of rehabilitation training,and was only later widely used in the field of competitive sports.As a confrontational sport,soccer is characterized by fast offensive and defensive transitions and frequent physical confrontations,and the body is always in a state of rapid change between stable and unstable factors.This makes soccer players have higher requirements on body control ability.With the steady development of children and youth soccer in China,it is extremely necessary to design more scientific and effective training methods according to the characteristics of children.Therefore,in this paper,core strength training is used to combine the training methods of stability and instability factors on the basis of soccer technical training,while training children’s physical fitness and soccer techniques accordingly.The experimental intervention of core strength training on the soccer training of 10-11 years old students is used to understand how effective core strength training is on soccer athletic ability through the experimental results,so that Chinese children and youth soccer can develop towards a more scientific and rationalized path.Research methods:In this paper,we used literature,expert survey,experimental method and mathematical and statistical methods to study "core strength training","children’s soccer","motor ability",etc.We searched for the keywords "core strength training","children’s soccer" and "athletic ability" and read the corresponding literature carefully.The physical fitness test indexes were selected from the 1-minute sit-up test,30-meter sprint test,seated forward bend test,T-run test,and 50×8 test,and the ball technology indexes were selected from the upside-down test,kick accuracy test,dribbling around the pole test,dribbling shot test,and The ball dribbling test.Forty students from Beijing Zhongguo Friendship Primary School were used as the experimental subjects,and were divided into experimental and control groups by random grouping.In the experiment,the control group used traditional strength training and the experimental group used core strength training.There were 20 students in the experimental group and 20 students in the control group.Finally,data analysis was conducted on the test data before and after the experiment for the experimental group and the control group using data calculation software to investigate the effect of core strength training on the soccer sports ability of children aged 10-11.Research results:In the physical fitness test,the experimental group showed no significant difference(P>0.05)except for the 50×8 test index compared with the pre-experimental one,and the other four test indexes showed very significant differences(P<0.01)compared with the pre-experimental one,with a large effect size(d>0.8).In the control group,except for the sit-up test index,which showed no significant difference(P>0.05),the other four test indexes showed significant difference(P<0.05)with small effect size(d ≤ 0.5)compared with the pre-experimental group.After comparison between groups,the experimental group showed no significant difference in the results of seated forward bend and 50×8 test indexes compared with the control group(P>0.05),while the results of the remaining three test indexes showed significant differences compared with the control group,with sit-ups and 30-meter sprint running showing highly significant differences compared with the former(P<0.01).In the soccer technique test,the experimental group showed highly significant differences(P<0.01)in all test indexes compared with the pre-experimental group,which were large effect sizes(d>0.8).The control group showed no significant change(P>0.05)in all four test indexes compared with the pre-experimental group except for the ball-turning test index,which showed a highly significant difference(P<0.01),with a small effect size(d≤0.5).After the comparison between groups,except for the results of upside-down test,which showed no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05),the other four test indexes showed significant differences compared with the control group,among which three test results of kick accuracy,folding line dribbling and dribbling around the pole showed very significant differences(P<0.01).Research conclusions:1.The effect of core strength training on improving children’s physical fitness through the use of stable and unstable state training methods is very significant,improving children’s strength quality,speed quality,flexibility quality and agility quality,indicating that core strength training has a better effect on the development of physical fitness of 10-11 year old children.2.Core strength training has effectively trained children’s neuromuscles and enhanced body control.The improved soccer skills were mainly in dribbling,ball control,kicking accuracy and power,indicating that core strength training can effectively improve the technical ability of 10-11-year-old children’s soccer.3.Core strength training,as an enhanced training method,has a better effect on the development of physical fitness and soccer technical ability of 10-11-year-old children.Compared with traditional strength training,core strength training focuses more on muscle control ability,body posture control,core stability improvement,and playing the role of the core region in the power chain transmission. |
