Objective:For a long time in our country football world ranking in 70-80 walk back and forth,up and down with juvenile football training methods in our country has a lot to do,at present our country juvenile football training,strength training,the proportion of very few,for the lack of core strength training application.This study choose nanjing normal university football special students as subjects,the subjects of the future work towards sports teachers or football coach.By observing the football students before and after the core strength training,static balance and dynamic balance ability and the change of basic football technology,compared to two kinds of training methods,analysis of core strength training on balance changes,find a good way to improve football students balance ability,and let it have the most intuitive experience,easy to work,after training for the juvenile football provide more than one way.Methods:This study using the literature material method,experimental method and mathematical statistics.This study selected nanjing normal university football specialty students in grade 2014 and 2015,a total of 20,and divided into experimental group and control group each 10 people.In the two groups respectively for core strength training and traditional strength training,training time for eight weeks,three days a week,the interval of one day,double cease to rest.Subjects in both before and after the experiment of static balance ability,dynamic balance ability,complete quality testing.The use of SPSS for data processing and analysis.Results:(1)After eight weeks of traditional strength training in the control group,the eight star balance test and the foot arch pass(sandpit)did not significantly improve in the statistical significance.(2)After 8 weeks of core strength training,there was no significant improvement in the front position of the left foot in the 8-point star balance ability test in the experimental group,while the other tests showed significant improvement.After eight weeks of core strength training,the experimental group was significantly improved in 3 tests.(3)By paired samples T test,found that the traditional strength training by standing on one foot data have significantly improved,core strength training by standing on one foot data has a very significant increase.(4)After 8 weeks of training,the core strength training group was significantly better than the traditional strength training group.Conclusion:(1)The core strength training has significant help to the balance ability of the special students and the improvement of the quality of the action.(2)The core strength training is better than traditional strength training from the perspective of the balance ability of the special students.(3)In normal football strength training,the coach should focus on the core strength and intersperse traditional strength training.(4)Coaches in the normal training process,to increase the ability to balance training.
