Analysis On Influencing Factors Of Population Mobility In Liaoning Province

The report of the 20 th National Congress emphasized that improving people’s well-being and quality of life are urgent problems for our people.As a country with a large population,the number of floating population is increasing day by day while the economy is developing rapidly in our country,to improve the system and policy of brain drain and economic negative spillover is the most important task to solve the structural employment contradiction and to promote the employment of labor force and the high-quality development of People’s life in Liaoning province.This paper focuses on Liaoning province from the perspective of research,from the linear and non-linear point of view on the issue of population loss in Liaoning province.Based on the 2018 population sampling survey in Liaoning province,this paper studies the dynamic monitoring data of China’s floating population,and finds that more than 60 % of the floating population emigrated from other provinces because of migrant workers.At the same time,the logistic regression model,structural equation model and random forest model were established according to the 59 selected characteristics of this kind of population.Finally,based on the model results and the SHAP value of each feature,the black box problem caused by random forest model is overcome,and the random forest model is innovatively extended to“Random Forest + Shap”model,this paper explains the influence size and influence direction of each factor on population outflow under the random forest model,and further probes into the important factors of population outflow in Liaoning province from the linear and non-linear angle by means of the structural equation model.Based on the regional data set of Liaoning province,this paper probes into the relevant factors affecting the population flow in Liaoning province from the linear and non-linear angles,and draws the following conclusions:(1)In general,the net inflow of population in Liaoning province has always maintained a negative growth trend,and the permanent population has also decreased over the years.Specifically:in terms of gender ratio,the cross-provincial floating population and the overall floating population are basically balanced,but compared with the overall floating population,the cross-provincial floating population in the male proportion is higher than the female;In terms of age distribution,the floating population shows a rightdeviation distribution,and the youth population accounts for a larger proportion.(2)The income and expenditure of families,the psychological identity and sense of belonging to the inflow and outflow areas,the nature of current housing and other personal social characteristics are the main factors affecting the spillover of personnel in Liaoning province.Finally,it provides corresponding policy suggestions for talent introduction and talent inflow in Liaoning province from the aspects of income,expenditure and culture.
