| With the deepening of educational reform,labor education,as an important means to realize quality-oriented education and cultivate students’ core accomplishment,has gained public attention again.However,labor education is not a matter of one family,but requires the joint participation of school,family and society.Primary school is an important stage for the development of students.Carrying out labor education in primary school under the home-school cooperation can effectively promote labor education to achieve its goals and the all-round development of students.Through sorting out the existing literature,it is found that there are still many problems in carrying out home-school labor co-education in primary schools.No matter from the aspects of value recognition,content selection,implementation mode or evaluation,there is a lack of clear orientation.This study aims to improve the problems existing in home-school labor co-education in primary schools and improve the effectiveness of labor education in primary schools.Taking F Primary School in Jishou city as an example,this paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and case study,analyzes the causes of problems and proposes improvement strategies based on relevant theories.The results show that the following problems exist on the home-school cooperation in primary school labor education: inconsistent demands of home-school labor education,deviation of value orientation;The superficial and scattered contents of labor education at home and school make it difficult to achieve the desired effect;The evaluation system of home-school labor education is simplified,and cooperation lacks vitality;Community is absent in home-school labor education,and natural resources have not been fully tapped.After inductive analysis,the author thinks that the main reasons for these problems are: the age of fewer children,the family lack of labor education demand;The contents of home-school labor education cooperation are lack of integration and innovation;Home-school labor education cooperation and co-education mechanism is not sound;The concept of community is vague and the social education system is imperfect.In order to solve these problems,the author on the basis of investigation and analysis,combining the theory of overlapping influence domain,labor education related theory and the representative cases of labor education put forward the following strategies: strengthening the home-school labor education theoretical guidance,enhance the home-school’s value recognition of labor education;Enrich the content and form of home-school labor education;Improve the guarantee mechanism of home-school labor education;Establish a co-education mechanism for home-school social labor education. |
