| National leaders have repeatedly emphasized the unique position and important role of labor education in the entire education system at the education conference.Primary school labor education is of great significance to cultivate children’s good working habits and promote their all-round development,which must be paid attention to.However,it is difficult for schools and teachers to complete the shaping of primary school students’ labor concept and the improvement of their labor ability by themselves.Only with the participation and support of families can remarkable results be achieved.At present,in the process of primary school students’ labor education,there are still some problems in the communication among families,schools and teachers,which limit the development of home-school cooperation in labor teaching and affect the cultivation of students’ labor habits.This paper takes W primary school in Z city as the research object,through questionnaires and interviews with parents,some school leaders and teachers,so as to understand the current situation of home-school cooperation in primary school labor education.By sorting out the survey data,the author finds out the problems and analyzes the reasons,and then puts forward the countermeasures to improve the cooperation between home and school,so as to promote the further development of primary school labor education.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly involves the origin,purpose,significance,domestic and foreign related reviews and research design of this study,so as to lay the foundation for the following discussion;The second chapter defines the three concepts of "home-school cooperation","labor" and "labor education",and discusses the theoretical basis and necessity of this study;The third chapter is the main part of this paper.Taking W Primary School in Z City as the research object,this paper investigates the reality of home-school cooperation in primary school labor education,and analyzes the data from five aspects: Parents’ and teachers’ views on Home-school cooperation in Labour Education for primary school students and cooperative system construction,and the self-orientation,effect evaluation,current situation and factors affecting the participation of home-school cooperation.The fourth chapter,the author explains the problems of home-school cooperation in primary school labor education and the reasons behind the problems;The fifth chapter,according to the government,schools,teachers and parents,puts forward some suggestions to improve the cooperation between home and school and strengthen the labor education of primary school students.Close cooperation among families,schools and teachers will help improve the traditional education mode and promote the smooth development of primary school students’ labor education.The author hopes that through this study,It can serve as a reference for schools and teachers to develop home-school cooperation and help parents to participate effectively in school teaching.At the same time,to promote the effective operation of home-school cooperation of primary school students’ labor education. |
