Teaching evaluation is the fundamental guarantee for achieving educational goals in the high school education stage.With the rapid development of the big data analysis technology,the popularization of the education informationization provides a foundation for the collection and mining of education data.The differentiated cultivation of students who rely on data analysis has matured in higher education,but data mining and analysis is still in its infancy in secondary education,especially in high school.The secondary schools still use traditional methods to evaluate students’ achievement and learning ability and fail to obtain a deeper pattern between teachers’ teaching and students’ academic performance and ability.In the face of the arrival of the new College Entrance Examination policy,quality education and differentiated education have become hot spots in the field of education research today and how to comprehensively,accurately and efficiently evaluate students has become one of the hot spots in China’s education research field.The main content of the paper:the first part consists of the first two chapters,which introduces the relevant background,theoretical basis and research status of data mining methods.In the second part,we used the Weka platform to conduct empirical research on the collected physics test papers firstly.According to the answering situation,we analyzed the correlation between each question and found out the knowledge points and related question types that tested the students’ answers.Then,the students were clustered in the same paper,two classes were selected for clustering together.By calculating the optimal number of clusters and clarify the students’ corresponding to each knowledge point.Finally,based on the above data,a question analysis and application strategy of data mining method was proposed.The third part is based on the above content to design,implement teaching cases and evaluate the teaching effect from both the overall and individual aspects of students through Markov Chain and N Evaluation.Based on the structure of the examination paper,this paper conducts quantitative analysis,obtains deep-level hidden information such as knowledge context and student learning status,obtains knowledge point association rules and students’ weak knowledge point network diagram through correlation and clustering analysis methods,and proposes relevant teaching application strategies accordingly,and evaluates the feasibility of strategies through teaching practice.Finally,a relatively complete and feasible set of teaching methods is formed,which provides theoretical reference for the in-depth development of quality education and differentiated education in middle school.
