Research Of Examination Questions Generation And Data Analysis Based On Association Rules

In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile Internet and new "wave" of big data era driven by cloud computing,the construction of educational informatization in China has made rapid progress.In the process of modern teaching,examination is still one of the most important means to verify students' learning outcomes and reflect teachers' teaching situation.As an indispensable part of examination,examination paper's quality evaluation and analysis is attracting more and more attention.Current papers analysis is usually only a simple statistics of examination results,ignoring the huge value of information hidden in the test questions.Therefore,excavating the valuable information existing behind the test questions has become an urgent problem to be solved in modern teaching management.This paper first analyzes the significance of the research and the current research on the analysis of test papers in the field of education at home and abroad,and then designs and implements a test analysis platform according to the actual needs and goals.The platform provides a test assistant tool and a set of comprehensive solutions for test analysis and evaluation for teachers and students,in order to help understand students' learning status of teaching content and teachers' teaching policy,improve teachers' teaching quality and effectiveness.Test analysis platform is mainly composed of three modules:(1)the test question function plug-in for education evaluation.An office-based plugin for test questions production and evaluation is provided,which gains test questions data information and forms a general and shareable resource file according to QTI standards.(2)A test data analysis solution based on the association rules.An improved FP-Growth correlation algorithm is designed,which is applied to the analysis of test data and find the association rules between different knowledge points,so as to provide decision-making basis for optimizing teaching contents and improving teaching strategies.(3)Test data analysis center.The test data analysis center obtains the answer data of the test questions.Based on the association rules and the classical measurement theory,the analysis results will be displayed in the way of visual charts,which is convenient for teachers and students to observe.In the end,this paper selects a typical test paper and its answer results for case analysis.The composition and application process of the test analysis platform are introduced in detail,and the validity of the data analysis scheme and association rule algorithm is verified through experimental data.
