| Social communication disorder is one of the core disorders of children with autism.Skinner’s verbal behavior theory put forward, which focuses on the functionality of communication and emphasizes the practicality of communication, has brought a new perspective to traditional communication intervention for children with autism, and has gradually become an important theoretical basis for communication intervention for children with autism.Primary verbal behavior is single, independent, non connected verbal operat mastered by children, such as mand, tact, intraverbal, etc. It is the basis for the development of children’s verbal behavior,as well as the focus of early verbal behavior teaching for children with autism. The development of primary verbal behavior is of great significance to improve the social communication barrier of children with autism, but it is difficult for children with autism to spontaneously produce primary verbal behavior. Therefore,it is necessary to select appropriate and effective intervention methods.Milieu teaching is a teaching method that focuses on functional teaching content and promotes natural language intervention in learners’ communication behavior.Milieu teaching is an intervention method of evidence-based practice in the field of autism communication, which has great development potential.Nowadays, few studies have applied milieu teaching to the field of verbal behavior of children with autism. Therefore, from the perspective of verbal behavior theory, this study will use milieu teaching to intervene the primary verbal behavior of children with autism, and focus on the intervention effect of milieu teaching on the mand, tact and intraverbal of children with autism. This study consists of three studies. In the first study, the cross-subject multiple-detection experiment design was used to intervene the mand of three children with autism using milieu teaching. As a result, the three subjects’ oral and gesture mand abilities were improved. In the second study, the cross-subject multiple-detection experiment design was used to intervene the tact behavior of three children with autism using milieu teaching. As a result, the tact ability of three subjects was improved. In the third study, the cross-subject multiple-detection experiment design was used to intervene the intraverbal of three children with autism using milieu teaching. As a result, the intraverbal of three subjects was improved and the total number of words in the intraverbal increased.Through the above three studies, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Milieu teaching is conducive to the development of mand of children with autism, and has achieved good immediate, maintenance, generalization effect and good social validity in terms of the completion rate of oral mand and gesture mand..(2)Milieu teaching is conducive to the development of tact of children with autism, and has achieved good immediate, maintenance, generalization effect and good social validity in the accuracy rate of tact.(3)Milieu teaching is conducive to the development of intraverbal for children with autism, and has achieved good maintenance, generalization effect and good social validity in terms of the completion rate and total number of words of intraverbal. |
