| The arrival of the teacher professionalization movement in the 1960 s made the professional development of teachers an important issue in the field of education.Since ancient times,China has been a large agricultural country,and rural issues are the central issue in China.In the current real background of comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization,rural teachers have become an important force in rural development,and rural teachers are not only the leaders of rural education but also the promoters of rural revitalization.However,in the process of professional development of rural teachers,the level of evaluation power of rural teachers is still unsatisfactory.Evaluation power runs through every aspect of rural teachers’ practice and affects not only the smooth implementation of teachers’ evaluation activities but also the communication and interaction between teachers and students.The lack of motivation in the development of evaluation power among rural teachers has led to a great deal of room for improvement.Therefore,to promote the development of rural teachers’ evaluative power lies in stimulating the motivation of rural teachers’ evaluative power development,and the core of the development lies in the design of the power system of rural teachers’ evaluative power development.Based on this,this paper uses field dynamics theory as the basis to design and construct the evaluation power system of rural teachers.The paper also begins with four issues: the interpretation of evaluative power and the clarification of the relationship between field dynamics theory and rural teachers’ evaluative power development,the identification of the attribution of rural teachers’ current evaluative power development,the construction of rural teachers’ evaluative power development dynamics system,and the operation mechanism of rural teachers’ evaluative power dynamics system.Second,the study takes rural teachers in rural secondary schools,township central schools,village elementary school and teaching points as the main subjects of investigation,and conducts a questionnaire and interview outline design based on the actual situation of rural teachers and the four dimensions of evaluation power.A qualitative descriptive analysis and an attribution analysis of rural teachers’ evaluation power were conducted based on the results of the study.Third,the developmental dynamics system of rural teachers’ evaluative power was designed based on the field dynamics theory,in which the value orientation of rural teachers’ evaluative power development based on the field dynamics theory was positive and reasonable in combination.Through the division of the psychological and environmental fields of the power system and the connection of the elements between them,it is determined that the power system can have motivating,guiding and regulating functions for the development of rural teachers’ evaluation power,and a scientific power system for the development of rural teachers’ evaluation power is constructed.Fourthly,based on the power system of rural teachers’ evaluation power,we express the reality of its practical generation mechanism,i.e.,we construct the development path of the field power system. |
