Whether no matter we do realize,regardless of whether or not we aware that the objective reality of the power of teachers is an indisputable fact.Between teacher and related educational department,teacher and school leader,teacher and student parents,teacher and student and so on,there are different content,different form teacher power's operation space exists.By Pierre Bourdieu's field theory of inspiration,based on the space between teachers and students,this article researches the power of teachers issues which exist between the teacher and the student.This article attempts to contact the teachers and students from the field theory of this particular perspective on the meaning of the power of teachers,content, analysis of the problem and its causes,on the basis of which puts forward the idea of the power to protect teachers.On the basis of the previous studies,this paper has used the broad definition of the power of teachers,namely the power of teachers including the power to regulate the power of teachers(i.e.teacher right) and non-regulated power to teachers.The article has inquired about the power of teachers from three sources:Social system and legal rule;Social culture traditions;Teacher's personal cultural resources.And the paper has carried on the field territory analysis to these three sources.Afterward,the article explains the contents of the power to regulate the power of teachers and non-regulated power to teachers.The power to regulate teachers are as follows:First,the teacher right content in view of the student(the right to freedom of teaching,evaluation and management );second,in view of teacher own development teacher right content(teaching research power,own specialized right to development).Not the standard teacher authority content includes:First,the rights of teachers caused by the excessive use of non-standard power of teachers;Second,the teachers led to the abuse of the rights of non-standard power of teachers.However,in the field territory the teacher authority's operation is not the acme of perfection,there is a lack of power and alienation of teachers and so on,in-depth reason is mainly the teacher authority operation unbalanced result.Impact of the power imbalance between teachers in a wide range of factors: laws and regulations incomplete and the lag result,subject to certain effects of the educational philosophy,but also concerns with the teacher own accomplishment's flaw.In order to fully protect the authority of teachers and students exchanges in the domain of the reasonable operation of the market,this paper experimentally proposed some territories devised:Perfect the laws and regulations related to the power of teachers;Establishes the effective supervision mechanism for the power of teachers,builds the correct guidance of public opinion mechanism;Enhances teacher own accomplishment.
