| With the rapid changes of social environment and the complex superposition of uncertain events,a series of problems concerning citizens’ social emotions have arisen,and then in the field of education has aroused a high degree of attention to social emotional learning.Education is not simply the act of establishing a link between stimulus and response,or the process of being solidified as a“Controller” of technical standards,but the idea and practice of“All-round education”.Apart from embedding a cognitive system of culture into the teaching and learning activities,they also include the development of moral responsibility,positive emotional values,healthy personality,pro-social behaviour and People skills,pay attention to the development of students’ social emotional competence.Most junior high school students are in adolescence,facing the crisis of self-identity and role confusion,easy to cause harmful effects on themselves,others and society,how to cultivate students’ social emotional competence has become an urgent task to be explored and practiced in the field of education.Therefore,this research takes the subject teaching as the cut-in angle of view,takes the social emotion study theory,the emotion teaching theory and the social support theory as the theoretical foundation,chooses the junior middle school moral and the rule of law discipline as the analysis main body,to collect,sort out and analyze the relevant literature resources of moral and rule of law discipline teaching and social emotional competence,to explain the necessity and feasibility of moral and rule of law discipline teaching to cultivate students social emotional competence at the theoretical level,at the practical level,we should carry out the investigation and research on the cultivation of students’ social emotional competence in the teaching of the subject of morality and rule of law.This study focuses on the following issues: first,whether the junior high school moral and rule of law textbooks have rich social and emotional competence resources? Second,how about the status quo of cultivating students’ social emotional competence in moral and legal classroom teaching in junior high school? Third,how do teachers and students look at the current junior high school moral and rule of law discipline teaching to cultivate social emotional competence of the situation? Based on the above questions,through content analysis,classroom observation and questionnaire survey,interview survey and other methods of research.In the part of textbook analysis : the moral and law textbooks of junior middle school contain abundant social and emotional ability resources,but pay more attention to the elements of collective cognition and management ability,there is an over-concentration of learning opportunities.In the classroom observation section,the observed classroom teaching cases all have the situation of cultivating students’ social emotional competence,but there are also some problems such as the choice and use of classroom teaching content does not highlight the uniqueness of social emotional learning,the design of classroom teaching process has the situation that the teaching goal is out of line with the teaching process,the teacher’s behavior pays less attention to the teacher’s sensitivity and the behavior management to the students,and the lack of diversified evaluation mechanism of the students’ learning results in the teaching activities.In the part of teacher-student investigation,after the teaching experiment,the students’ social emotional competence has been improved significantly,but it is too concentrated on the cognition and management of the collective dimension,it is necessary and feasible to cultivate students’ social emotional competence,but teachers are relatively lack of unique teaching model to cultivate students’ social emotional competence.Combined with the current situation and problems,the main reasons are summarized as teaching content“Narrow”,teachers thinking“Rigid”,students“Weakening” and external environment“Alienation”.In the light of the problems and shortcomings,this paper puts forward the teaching contents of broadening the social emotional competence in the form of tapping the material resources in depth and scientific planning of the theme teaching,in order to stimulate students’ inner drive and build up multi-evaluation,we should improve teachers’ quality in the form of attaching importance to the value of educating students and strengthening teachers’ training,to create a strong school culture,multi-dimensional education to form the form of environmental support and other four-fold strategy. |
