The rapid development of new generation of information technology such as the Internet,cloud computing,big data,blockchain,and artificial intelligence has brought profound changes to the education field.Digitalization and lifelong learning have become the key to building a learning society.Establishing a flexible and flexible lifelong learning system that serves the whole people put forward new requirements for traditional learning file management,and urgently needs to establish a credible and shared personal lifelong learning file.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of openness,transparency,decentralization,anti-tampering,traceability,etc.,bringing new solutions to learning file management.The paper proposes a consortium blockchain-based learning file management system and method based on the data centralized storage,poor security,weak security,weakness,and difficulty in sharing in traditional learning file management.Distributed file systems,cryptography,access control and other technologies,to achieve learning files on the chain of the archives coordinated and secure storage,fine particle-size verification and security sharing.The main work of the paper is as follows:1)Study the characteristics of lifelong learning and lifelong learning system in the digital era,and put forward the new needs of the lifelong learning system for the learning archives management system.The lifelong learning system is open,flexible,continuity,and certified results.It puts forward new challenges such as protecting the authenticity of learning file management,sharing,preventing tampering,and supporting privacy protection.2)Proposed a League-based learning file management system architecture and method.First of all,for the storage bottlenecks and performance problems existing in the blockchain,the coordinated storage method on the chain of the study file is proposed,"storage file data under the chain,storage file deposit on the chain",and stored the ciphertext data of the file data on the IPFS In the middle,storage of primary data such as file data Abstract and storage address to the blockchain.This storage method takes into account security and availability,which can effectively make up for the lack of storage capacity and access efficiency in the current blockchain.Second,in response to the lack of flexibility of learning file verification,it proposes a fine-grained verification method based on the principle of selective disclosure,supports the verification of some fields of learning records,realizes the insignificant and invisible learning files,and enhances privacy protection.Third,for the security sharing of the study file,the study records of the attribute-based and plus algorithm of the attribute-based algorithm are proposed.Teachers can customize the access control strategy,and users who meet the access control strategy can access it.The learning records have been achieved.Safety sharing and access control.3)Based on the above methods,the learning file management system based on the consortium blockchain is designed and implemented.Use the Fabric Consortium Blockchain to build an underlying blockchain platform,and use blockchain smart contracts,IPFS,MySQL database and other development.The application layer and smart contracts are written in Go language.The system realizes the functions of user management,authority management,learning,learning,querying,verification,sharing and other functions on the file.Finally,the system function and performance were evaluated.The test results showed that the systems and methods proposed by the paper have good performance and high security.
