Along with the continuous development of computer networks and communication technologies, the pace of globalization increasingly accelerated. Globalization has brought tremendous impact on the international community. In addition to the increasingly close economic exchanges between various countries, cultural diversity characteristics further stand out. In the context of globalization, different cultures mutually are excluding but interdependence. We need to think about many problems such as how to make the world culture maintain multiple development direction and how to cultivate the ability of people to adapt to the multicultural. Nowadays,"innovative education" and "quality education" are advocated. For the college Students, broadening their international perspective and developing their across academic exchanges capacity to promote the development and international cultural exchange and sharing of their own ability is extremely important.In recent years, many educators are committed to the study of multicultural education. However, the research relay on non-foreign language course is rare. The research focuses on the practice and exploration which is based on foreign language courses in China. Therefore, the ordinary course can’t study that reference. What’s more, the course was a simple bilingual course which didn’t realize the meaning of the international exchange and sharing.In this paper, the starting point is to train college students’ cross-cultural academic communication skills and shared collaboration capabilities. On the basis of reading the literature and practical research, I design the teaching program of international shared learning courses. According to teaching problem, I study the students in the2011graduate and2011undergraduate classes of Central China Normal University. Finally, I analyze the studying process and results in order to make a favorable recommendation on the implementation of the international sharing course.The article contains a total of five parts. The first part describes the construction status and the significance of the international sharing courses. I propose the basic idea of construction, current research status, preparation, research ideas and methods. The second part analyzes the learning situation and puts forward the implementation of the program based on instructional design. The third part is the implementation phase. It described the implementation of the curriculum. The fourth part is the analysis and evaluation phase. It analyzes the evaluation of the implementation of the curriculum.The fifth part reflects the results of the implementation of the curriculum for the international sharing and suggests some Improvement measures.
