| Objectives:In the competitive sports,the attacking side often has a certain advantage because of the fast pace of the game and the frequent conversion between attack and defense.The strategy of service and attack is one of the important scoring strategies in table tennis matches.It is a magic weapon to win the key points by emphasizing the pursuit of change and taking the initiative to attack.Those who serve a training is a professional table tennis athlete from small to large,daily practice training program aims to let the athletes in the usual training can also be those who have high consciousness,active attack"fit",and because of those who serve a training is the most close to the real competition of training plan,also can have the effect of reducing competition tension,is a kind of to practice to promote the training plan,You can see its importance.However,through the observation of the youth and children table tennis players’daily training,it is found that they often do not actively attack and deal with the ball at will in the service and attack training.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of score monitoring on the training performance of teenagers and children in table tennis service and attack,to compare the difference in the effect of score monitoring on improving athletes of different ages and genders,and to enrich the relevant research on improving athletes’training status and sports performance through monitoring.Methods:In this study,24 adolescents and children table tennis players of different ages and genders were selected and divided into 4 groups according to age,gender and training level.In the first 10 minutes,the traditional training mode is adopted under the condition of no score monitoring.In the last 10 minutes,the self-made service counter is used to provide score monitoring for table tennis players,and the service attack training is carried out under the condition of score monitoring.On the premiseof getting the basic conclusion,the difference of the effect of score monitoring on athletes of different age and gender groups is studied and analyzed.Results:(1)In the service attack training,the dominant value of the service round was taken as the dependent variable to conduct a mixed design repeated measurement an OVA with 2 age×2 monitoring.Age×monitoring interaction was significant(F(1,22)=8.716,p=0.007,η_p~2=0.280).The dominant value of serving round in juvenile group with score monitoring(M=6.03±3.87)was significantly higher than that without score monitoring(M=1.57±5.66),p<0.001.(2)In the training of service and attack,taking the number of beats(the number of beats in the serving round,the number of beats in the receiving round and the total number of beats)as the dependent variable,the main effect of monitoring is obvious,and the indexes of the number of beats under the condition of monitoring with the score are significantly higher than those under the condition of monitoring without the score.(3)After the experiment,a survey was conducted on the athletes’training of service attack.It was found that most of the athletes believed that the score monitoring improved their interest in service attack training,their desire to win in training,and was conducive to improving their preciseness in handling the ball and the compact degree of their body.Moreover,most athletes prefer the service attack training with score monitoring to the service attack training without score monitoring.Conclusion:(1)Teenagers and children table tennis players can improve their performance by serving and attacking under the condition of score monitoring.The youth table tennis players mainly reflected in the service round dominant value and the improvement of the number of the racket,while the youth table tennis players only reflected in theimprovement of the number of the racket.(2)In the training of serving and attacking under the condition of score monitoring,the athletes’ initiative of attacking has been improved,the ball handling has been more rigorous,and the desire to win has been enhanced.(3)Teenagers and children athletes prefer service attack training under the condition of score monitoring compared with ordinary service attack training.This way of training can make the training more interesting and closer to the real game,breaking the pattern of separation between traditional training and competition. |
