national fitness in Shanghai through multiple channels and fields,improve the national fitness system in Shanghai,and enhance the happiness index of citizens.Ultimate Frisbee is a new sport or an import,which has the characteristics of fashion,fitness and simplicity,which meets the requirements of citizens to choose leisure sports and can become an effective supplement to the content of national fitness.In recent years,the number of participants in extreme Frisbee sports in Shanghai has increased significantly.Only by excavating and sorting out the existing problems and influencing factors in the process of ultimate Frisbee sports in Shanghai,can effective development strategies be put forward.promote the development of extreme Frisbee sports in Shanghai.Based on this,this study mainly uses the questionnaire survey method,and with the help of literature,expert interview,on-the-spot investigation and other related research methods,studies the development of the ultimate Frisbee in Shanghai,taking the questionnaire survey as the starting point,with the help of the "long tail theory" and "cross-cultural adaptation theory" in economics to explore the problems existing in the development of ultimate Frisbee sports in Shanghai.Based on the analysis,induction and summary of the data obtained,this paper puts forward the factors affecting the development of extreme Frisbee sports in Shanghai and the relevant strategies that can effectively promote the development of extreme Frisbee sports in Shanghai,so as to promote the further promotion and development of extreme Frisbee sports in Shanghai.Conclusion:(1)Among the participants of extreme Frisbee sports in Shanghai,the largest number of participants are in the age group of 20-25,mainly focusing on young people,and their awareness of extreme Frisbee sports is low.Lack of corresponding organizations and management agencies to co-ordinate and supervise the development of extreme Frisbee sports in Shanghai.The problem of venue is an important factor hindering the development of extreme Frisbee sports in Shanghai.The competition is lack of standardization,lack of official support and financial support.The degree of mastery has no significant influence on the popularity,while the degree of understanding,the form of development,the satisfaction of venues and facilities,and the degree of personal affection have a significant positive impact on the popularity.(2)According to the degree of influence,the common factors affecting the development of extreme Frisbee sports in Shanghai are related personnel factor,project characteristic factor,event factor,related organization factor,venue and equipment factor and school factor.Factors affecting the development of extreme Frisbee sports in Shanghai: among the related personnel factors,the difference in sports demand of residents is the main factor.Among the project characteristic factors,the participation cost of the project and the requirements of the sports for the venue are the main factors.Among the event factors,the score of the ultimate Frisbee spirit is an important factor in its development.Among the related organizational factors,the number of ultimate Frisbee clubs is a secondary factor.Among the venue and equipment factors,the charging standard of venues in each district is the main factor.Among the process of carrying out extreme Frisbee sports,we should create a fashionable and fresh cultural shell,pay attention to the integration of project culture and local culture,improve the development system of ultimate Frisbee sports,and give full play to the overall management function of organization and management organizations.promote echelon training among athletes,referees and coaches.Strengthen cooperation with universities,further promote the sharing of sports resources between the two,form the bundled development of projects,extend the industrial chain,and fully expand the commercial value of the project.At the same time,we should promote the campus based on the project development,give full play to the educational significance of the ultimate Frisbee sports,pay attention to the training of reserve talents,and let the ultimate Frisbee sports enter the community,the campus and the public.
