Research On The Inheritance And Protection Of Traditional Mongolian Traditional Sports From The Perspective Of "Grassland Silk Road"

Sports is strong in China,national prosperity is sports.General Requirements for Sports Development in the 14 th Five-year Plan Period Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,fully implementing the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second,Third,Fourth and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition and instructions on sports,closely focusing on the goal of building a strong sports power,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has comprehensively promoted the development of mass sports,competitive sports,sports industry,sports culture and other aspects,made great progress in sports undertakings,and played an irreplaceable important role in improving the physical quality and health of the people,promoting the all-round development of people,enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the people,promoting economic and social development,and encouraging the people of all ethnic groups to pursue excellence and surpass themselves.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the strategic concept of building the "Silk Road Economic Belt",and the "Belt and Road" initiative was formed accordingly.Under the background of "sports power",with the continuous development of the new Silk Road,the exchange of sports culture becomes more and more frequent,the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic traditional sports,and the value and status of ethnic sports culture have been significantly enhanced.Nowadays,people’s cognition of ethnic traditional sports is vague,but people are flocking to modern sports.How to inherit and protect the intangible cultural heritage of Mongolian traditional sports is the focus of this study.Therefore,this paper takes the inheritance and protection of Mongolian traditional sports intangible cultural heritage in Inner Mongolia along the Prairie Silk Road as the research object,the strategic concept of the "Prairie Silk Road" as the research idea,and through the analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of Mongolian traditional sports intangible cultural heritage,as well as the sorting out of inheritance and protection strategies,through the research,the following conclusions are reached:(1)The most representative sports intangible cultural heritage of Inner Mongolia along the Grassland Silk Road included in the intangible cultural heritage list at the autonomous region level are Mongolian Boke,Mongolian camel ball,Bulu,Shalibol style wrestling and Mongolian chess.(2)At the present stage,the Inner Mongolia region takes "Nadam" as its main activity inheritance mode.(3)In the process of protecting the intangible cultural heritage of Mongolian traditional sports,there are such problems as imperfect professional institutions,lack of talents,weak theoretical research,lack of modern protection mode and indifferent protection consciousness of the people.(4)In the process of carrying out the intangible cultural heritage of Mongolian traditional sports on campus,some intangible cultural heritage of ethnic sports cannot be carried out due to the restrictions of field facilities,inheritors’ teacher resources and other factors.(5)The main factors affecting the inheritance and protection of Mongolian traditional sports intangible cultural heritage are physical geography,economy,social and cultural environment and other related factors.After research and analysis,in order to better inherit and protect the intangible cultural heritage of traditional Mongolian sports,it is suggested to improve the inheritor management mechanism;in areas with better economic development,resources should be invested in software engineering and related construction of intangible cultural heritage;actively take advantage of the international platform provided by China’s "One Belt,One Road" prairie silk road,and strengthen the publicity of the network industry and the construction of the network industry;promote the development of the non-legacy items of traditional sports in campuses,establish rich courses on non-legacy of traditional Mongolian sports,stimulate the enthusiasm of students to participate in traditional sports items,enhance the sense of ethnic honor,and fortify the awareness of the Chinese ethnic community;and under the great environment of the New Silk Road,establish relevant systems on the intangible cultural heritage of traditional ethnic sports,and strengthen and improve the construction of laws and regulations on the protection of regional intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports.
