With the development of private schools in China,the contend between private schools is becoming more and more fierce,and the performance appraisal system plays a more and more important role in the development of private schools.In order to improve the competitiveness of private schools in the market,optimizing the performance appraisal system of private schools is the key.There are many problems in the performance appraisal system of most private schools in China.This paper takes ZB private school performance appraisal system as the research object,analyzes the research direction and achievements of performance appraisal at home and abroad,and combines the relevant theories and methods of performance appraisal,This paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the performance appraisal of ZB private schools.Firstly,this paper reviews the literature and summarizes the relevant theories of performance appraisal and optimization;Secondly,the design of the questionnaire survey is carried out,and the staff of each department of ZB private school are surveyed,and the results are counted;Thirdly,analyze the results of the questionnaire in detail,and find out the problems existing in the current performance appraisal system of ZB private schools according to the analysis results.These problems mainly include: the school performance appraisal system is imperfect,employees do not understand the school performance appraisal system,the school examination system is directly determined by the leadership and does not involve ordinary employees,and the process of school performance appraisal is not fair and open,The communication and feedback of school assessment results are not perfect,and the application of school assessment results is not reasonable,which has no incentive to employees.Finally,through a detailed analysis of the problems of the performance appraisal of ZB private schools,in view of these problems,and combined with the concept of performance appraisal and related theories,this paper puts forward ideas and schemes for the optimization of the performance appraisal system of ZB private schools,including:optimization principles and ideas,optimization of the performance appraisal system,establishment of the performance appraisal communication mechanism,strengthening the management of the performance appraisal subject,and strengthening the feedback and application of the performance appraisal results.Finally,the paper puts forward the relevant measures to optimize the performance appraisal system.The research of this paper can help improve the performance appraisal system of ZB private schools,but also provides reference and Enlightenment for the specific implementation and improvement of the performance appraisal system of other private schools.
